Called about a heating issue on a newer install. They had a tech out to us within 30 minutes and the problem resolved within 15. The tech was very friendly and explained the issue to us so we both understood the problem. Great experience!!

We had the new system installed before the big storm. It is currently 14 degrees and the house it at 70 with no issues. A very nice install thanks to the technicians Laine and Steven. A significant improvement over the old system

Jones Heating and Cooling has always exceeded expectations. Most recently, Chris was so helpful in the selection of a new mini-split. Installation went great, thanks to Laine and Connor. We appreciate all of their expertise, advice and hard work.

This was a tough one. My 98-year-old mother had deferred replacement of her aging furnace for several years. During the most brutal cold weather we’ve experienced in several years, her furnace began to leak carbon monoxide. It had to be shut down. The guys from Jones bent over backwards to get a replacement for her. Our techs, Josh V. and Conner, with a with an able assist from the other Josh and Pug, were a great installation team. They installed a new furnace in a very tight space and got her back with heat by the end of business the very next day. Thanks guys!

Laine, Shermin, Ed & Connor did a brand new install of HVAC Unit today. All these guys did a fantastic job, they were easy to work with, very friendly and made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. Would highly recommend any of them at Jones Heating & Cooling!

Just had my system replaced. Josh and Jeremy done an outstanding job! Once they hit the ground, they did not stop until the job was done. Confirmed everything was operational, answered any questions I had, and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again without hesitation for any future installs.

We had a whole system replaced. Laine and Connor done a great job. They ran into an issue with the service lines and after some frustration were able to remedy the situation and replace those as well. The guys rerouted the new lines and done such clean, sleek work. They worked tirelessly to complete the job and it turned out great! Thank you guys!

Thank you to Chaz and Marshall for taking care of my heating needs before and after the big ice storm! Outdoor unit wasn't running properly right before the weather turned, and Chaz came out on a weekend to get it working. Then Marshall was able to get the system heating properly after it had been overworked in the freezing temps for over a week. Both times they came day of, and got things running in no time while also providing helpful tips and advice to keep the unit running. Greatly appreciate their candor and expertise!

Well these guys came through big time I knew I had an old unit but they did there best to fix it. But I needed a new unit they did not take advantage of it being absolutely freezing to scalp me on the price. They were fair got it done literally the next day. Shout out to the guys (Josh and Kenny)that stayed late in my very uncomfortable basement and got it done. They were awsome put down sheets so as not to make a mess. Honestly didnt even know they were here it was my day off my mom let them in answered all our questions. Just awesome service will be recommended to everyone i know.

We love the services performed by Jones Heating & Cooling! Chris came out quick and gave our failed AC unit a look. He was great at explaining the issues, options, and steps forward. We chose to replace the unit since it had quite a bit of damage. They gave us a very reasonable quote ($4500 less than a quote from a bigger HVAC company after I had negotiated $2000 less already, total $6500 less). They got me on the schedule quick and now we have cold air again!

Special shout out to Jeremy and Caleb who performed the work today. They did a very professional and top notch job. They were friendly and respectful, they even let my wife and kids know when they were about to make loud noises as to not startle them. Well done gents! Highly recommend!

Service was prompt and efficient. Laine and Conner were professional, friendly, courteous and respectful. One worked mostly outside and the other worked mostly inside. They communicated and collaborated well with each other to get the installation completed efficiently. They explained the fundamentals of the unit and controls very well. Making sure I understood everything and taking the time to answer my questions. They cleaned up their work areas very well, even sweeping the areas where they walked in and out. I’m very impressed and satisfied with their work and professionalism. Good job guys.

We call Jones Heating & Cooling to replace our Geo Thermal Furnace. They came out the next day. Laine and Conner were the installers. They were friendly, very professional. They did great work, and left the area very neat.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable on what you need. They came and gave me quote for HVAC installation and came back installed in one day. Jones Heating & Cooling were great to work with. We were wanting to put in a split unit in one of our Sunday School rooms at church. We were treated the best from the estimate to the initial install. Laine and Connor installed the unit and they done a fantastic job. We didn’t even have to clean up after them.

They came on time with the necessary tools and equipment to complete our replacement, were courteous and professional, cleaned up the area and finished the job in a reasonable time.

New build with 2 units; Jones did a fantastic job on the install. A year in and no issues. No BS, no salesman masquerading as a maintenance person like the big guys, straight to the point. Local business and independent is key. Josh did our annual maintenance and was great!
