We had a dryer vent that was stopped up. Called Joseph’s , they were out the next morning and worked until they got the vent unplugged, most would have given up and just said put a new one in. They continued working until the vent was cleared. Price was very reasonable and all the employees were considerate about tracking in and out on the floors. Most companies would have left the mess that came out of the vent and blew around outside. They picked it up by hand. Very professional. Very friendly. I would recommend Joseph’s heat and air to anyone. Thank u. Job well done !!!

I cannot recommend Joseph’s heating and air enough! Called with my ac out and decided to go with a whole new system due to the age of mine. Ernie had it installed and done the next day! The most professional people I have had doing anything for me. Give Ernie a call and he will do you right! Also gave a military discount!

Absolutely fantastic service! Our HVAC system was making a strange noise and Ernie was able to diagnose the problem purely from the sound. He had it fixed within 30 minutes -- incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Great service, would highly recommend!

Very good and honest company to deal with. Called them up on a Saturday morning and they were able to have a technician at my house really quick. The problem was diagnosed immediately as a failed capacitor and my air conditioner was up and running again within minutes. Thank you to everyone at Joseph’s for the way you conduct business, but especially Robert who did an amazing job. You guys have earned a loyal customer for any future needs.

Highly recommend this company! First trying to call around and I stumbled across this company online , and I was impressed because they were very honest and to the point and weren’t trying to sell me anything but what I truly needed for my house. I had someone come out and inspect my unit which I already knew that I had to replace my whole unit being over 15 years old. I didn’t even bother to look somewhere else to do the job because my experience has been so well so far that I decided to go with there service to replace my unit which was very much worth it. They even tried to come out the same day to replace which is awesome in my opinion but unfortunately I worked so they came the next morning. The company sent three guys out to my house, they did such a great job and worked very hard in the heat I was very impressed with the attention to detail for my until. They got it all done in a timely manner , faster than I expected. It’s been about 2 weeks now and I’m so happy I made the choice to go with this company to replace my unit , great experience overall and honest hard working men. Thanks again!

Robert came out for an inspection to ready my heat pump for winter. He was very informative, taught me the steps I can do to keep the drain line clean and info on the filters needed. I was impressed with his knowledge, willingness to teach and reasonable price.

I can’t say enough good things about Joseph's Heating and Air.

I woke up freezing—the thermostat was set to 70, but the house was barely 60 degrees. It was single-digit temperatures outside and forecasted to get worse over the course of the weekend. I first called Big HVAC and got routed through a call center and told someone would “call me back.”
I called Joseph afterwards as a backup. I just wanted the fastest service I could get. He answered the phone himself. No call center. No runaround. Just a real person. And then he was at my house within TWENTY minutes! Big HVAC hadn't even called me back yet.

He spent a couple of hours under my crawl space in the absolutely brutal cold trying to diagnose the issue and found that the heating kit had failed. Since it was the weekend, the parts store was closed— but he called and got them to open, drove to Lexington to pick up the part himself, came back, and had my heat fully working by early afternoon.

That level of service is rare. Ernie Joseph is a kind, honest, trustworthy, and incredibly hardworking man. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not upselling or rushing through jobs. His pricing was honest and fair (HALF the price of Big HVAC in Lex), and the whole experience felt personal and straightforward. So much better than dealing with a big chain.

10/10 would recommend to anyone. If you want someone local who actually shows up and takes care of you, call Joseph.

Received an immediate response to my call for a commercial property that we own, that needed HVAC repairs. Joseph and Robert were both on that issue within the same day, parts were ordered within 48 hrs. of our approval of the quote, and the repairs were done immediately. So appreciate the customer service, and the level of expertise. I will definitely call them again should we need their services.

While at work, Furnace got stuck on heat mode and house was at 90 degrees. Even with thermostat set to off unit still ran.
Called and Received an immediate response. Tech was out to hone in 30 mins. Full inspection of equipment were done immediately. He walked us through everything he was doing. Had the issue solved rather quickly. My family really appreciates the customer service, and the knowledge of the tech. We will definitely call them again.

We have used Watson Heating & Air twice since owning this home. While they were not the original installation company, they had a technician to our rescue within an hour of our evening call.
