Tyler peters came and worked on our AC unit and did an amazing job. He worked fast, efficiently, and was very professional. Very upfront with the work he was doing, how much everything would cost, and had us fixed up in no time. There’s nobody else I’d rather call for my HVAC issues.

The Watson team did an outstanding job of replacing our entire heat pump system, including duct work in oly two days! Tyler explained the work needed and recommended a quality system to replace our old failing unit. Peter, Miles, and Brice were on the job early and worked hard and long to remove the old components. The work area was kept clean and neat throughout the process. Installation of the new outdoor unit and air handler went well with minimal intrusion on our household. During delivery of the new components and duct work, Matt, the service manager, was on site to ensure all materials were as ordered. He answered all my questions and explained the process of installation clearly, giving me confidence in the work being done. On completion, Miles and Brice stayed to test and verify that the system was working properly and had all our questions answered. Many, many thanks to the entire Watson team.

I called for an AC repair appt at 8 am on Monday morning and by 4 pm the same day, my house was back to chilly!

Great service! Able to get an appointment for the next day. Robert arrived early and had the issue resolved in less than an hour. He was very professional and went the extra mile to ensure our furnace and A/C unit were fully functional and even fixed a wearing wire to avoid issues in the future. We will use Watson again.

These guys were fast and nice. I was quoted $1700 by another company for the fix and these guys found the ACTUAL problem and fixed it for under $300. Love them 10/10 recommend.

This place is awsome. Didn't think we would get an appointment so soon. Upon calling and talking to Alisha and explaining the issue she had a service tech out to us in less than 2 hours. She was so informative and let me know what to expect. The tech Tyler showed up and, was great he is very pleasant, well spoken, well mannered, and really listened to our concerns and issues.
They are very reasonable in price I honestly thought it would be more. After he was finished, Alisha contacted me to make sure I was satisfied and happy with there service. I would have given them more than 5 stars if I could have.

We are definitely switching to Watson’s for our hvac service. Tyler was here promptly and fixed our issue in minutes. He also went above and beyond to take care of simple drain blockage he noticed that could cause issues later—maintenance that wasn’t completed by a competitor during our routine maintenance plan visit 2 months prior. Emerson, John, and Eric, I can't thank them enough. Through no fault of their own, we had been without AC through mid June to mid July. It was miserable and we were basically living in one room of the house with a portable AC. When they came to install our new unit, they worked tirelessly and quickly. What should have taken two days, they completed in record time of only one day. They were worried about how long we had been without air and that our grandson was with us they worked through the heat and brought us quick relief. Andy and Chris were helpful in making sure we got the best unit and then sent us an amazing crew to get the job completed in record time. They were kind and answered all of our questions. They also allowed a curious toddler to supervise and watch safely without any complaints.

Prompt. friendly service. Made very, low-pressure recommendations to consider doing in the future to our units. Peter had both our units repaired within an hour or two. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
***UPDATE: My AC is still not working properly after 4 appointments. I have invested almost $900 thus far. I had really hoped this was going to be a positive experience but it is quickly is turning into a lot of frustration and expense. The new quote is between $1,600 and 2k! I’m hoping this will get resolved quickly and more affordably! They are working with me to resolve the situation and I’m still hoping for a positive outcome. Keep you posted.🤞🏻
