Mike came out the morning after I called him for a sink/faucet installation. He was prompt, polite, and did good work for a good price. I would highly recommend him and will call him in the future with any plumbing issues.

Mike is a highly professional Master Plumber and a Veteran. We are very satisfied with his work and the cost. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use him again if needed.

We had a leak in our pull down sprayer hose on our kitchen faucet. It became unusable and we needed it fixed asap. I had tried to fix it myself and realized how unknowledgeable I was. We called Mike and he was able to get the parts we needed and install it all in the span of a couple hours.

Mike was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, down to earth, and easy to talk to. He helped us out in a real pinch and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if any other issues come up.

It was a pleasure to have Mike in our home recently to do some plumbing work. He installed a new commode in a bathroom and moved the commode that was removed to another bathroom in the house. The project went quite well and was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. We give Mikes Plumbing a double thumbs up.

Good store for commercial and residential plumbing supplies.

The clerk was not only rude but also very disrespectful.

Very helpful and friendly staff at our local store Corey and Joe are hard to beat. And good prices on products as well.

Terrible experience. Would give 0 stars if possible. The two men who work in this store made snide comments to my elderly uncle throughout his entire encounter, rushed him out of the store, were dismissive, argumentative about part names- laughing at him with each other when he called something by a different name. If we had to do over, we would not have spent nearly $2,000 with them and only did because of time constraints. Moving forward we will not be doing business there and will warn others from doing so. Customer service is nonexistent and this was one of the worst experiences we have ever had.

Not sure what’s going on at Ferguson Plumbing in Richmond, WV, but I think they’ve opened a rift in time. I was helped by a guy (Corey? Maybe? He had the energy of someone who’s fought a pipe demon and won). Dude looked at me, said “3/4 inch,” and walked away. When I checked my shopping list… it was 3/4 inch. I hadn’t even told him. I think he read my aura.

He moved through the aisles like a plumbing cryptid. I blinked, and he was gone. I blinked again, and he was handing me the exact valve I needed, like some kind of hardware sorcerer.

Also, the PVC aisle smells like destiny. I don’t know what that means, but it felt important to say.

Cory and Joe are awesome. So is Jeremy. They always have coffee, water, and sometimes donuts

Called and talked to receptionist, website says services all of central Ky. I live in Jackson County 30 mins from the business and was told they don’t service my area. I’m sure they do good work but need to train their receptionist or change their website saying all of central KY.

After having a massive septic problem I called Mr. Rooter to come inspect and fix problem. Could not be happier with the services I was given from Bryson and Anthony. Everything was well explained and I was alerted to issues immediately. Cannot thank these two gentlemen enough for what they did to help my family.

Contacted Mr.Rooter to have my septic tank pumped. Not only did they arrive in a timely manner, but the technician was very professional and informative. Highly recommend them to anyone needing any septic pumping or plumbing work.

Highly recommend! Service was excellent and the gentleman that came on-site was friendly and professional. He was very courteous and offered to help us replace the lid. We’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
