It was my first time using GRS plumbing, and it will not be my last. The tech Michael actually showed up a few minutes early and got straight to work. He was very professional and explained everything he had to do in replacing my water heater and a defected pipe. I was very happy with the job done, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, it was refreshing not having to clean up behind him, since he took care of it all.

I am absolutely impressed with GRS Plumbing Heating and Air. They fixed our water heater a while back and were very professional and responsive. Recently our HVAC system went completely out and we found it was 18 years old and needed to be fully replaced. Courtney was very responsive with helping us get everything set up and even said that if we didn't want to wait for all the parts to come in they would suggest someone else for us. We didn't want anyone else. Vince and Derrick did a phenomenal job and were always on time and very professional. I highly recommend them for all your needs for plumbing, heating, and air, you will not be disappointed.

We highly recommend GRS Plumbing. We needed a fireplace insert installed and was able to be scheduled for service within a few days of the call. The scheduling staff are friendly and professional, and work to get you scheduled as quickly as you need.
Our technician, Gary, was super professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Other places I have used in past have made me wait as long as a month or more. Had I known that GRS Plumbing also offered fireplace services I would have called them long ago.

GRS Plumbing was a great experience from start to finish. The lady I spoke to on the phone was responsive, and knowledgeable. The fellas came out to give me an estimate prior to their lunch, and where prompt. I accepted the estimate via. email shortly after. And within an hour and a half there was a really nice fella by the name of Michael here ready to get under my house and install the hose bib. Service cost was right, and all around I will be using GRS in the future! Don't even hesitate when choosing to call GRS!

GRS is top notch !!! My main line was clogged and they came out the same day to to take of the problem. Cody did an excellent job taking care of the problem!!! . Would highly recommend GRS if you are needing plumbing work done . Thank you so much !!!

I cannot say enough good things about GRS. I have used them for fixing plumbing issues in my 100 year old home and in my salon which needed all new plumbing. They are the most professional crew I have ever worked with. They respond quickly and are fairly priced. I think the most important quality is that they are TRUSTWORTHY! Finding quality and trustworthy companies are hard but you will not have any worries with them.

A month ago we bought our new home and needed to replace our aging outside water faucets, install a pressure reducer, a new ball valve for the main shutoff, and a dryer vent.

We got quotes from three different plumbers and GRS was the best so we chose them. I'm glad we did! The woman on the phone was friendly and answered all of my questions before I scheduled anything.

Michael and Derrick arrived on time and I was impressed with their patience and experience. They worked quickly and carefully and ended up finishing earlier than anticipated. And the work looks amazing!

Vince and Courtney are the best. We had three bathrooms and a laundry room remodeled and couldn’t be happier. It’s almost like they became part of our family while working with us. Courtney designed the rooms, and Vince put his expertise to work making sure everything was done to his high standards. We highly recommend them and will call upon them anytime we have a plumbing need.

I've used GRS for 5 years and they are the most reliable company of any we have used in Kentucky. Prices are always reasonable and they are trustworthy. They never oversell a product and are timely in response. If you live in their area of service I can't recommend them enough. I only leave reviews after I have dealt with a company multiple times so I don't end up reviewing on one deal. They have done work for us about 10 times and every time it has been a pleasure to work with them. I won't use anyone else.

After a brief loss of power due to a thunderstorm, our hot water heater stopped working. We called GRS as we have always been very happy with their previous work, and they arrived at our home within an hour. They quickly identified the problem and we had hot water within 15 minutes of their arrival.

Our experience with the whole company has been phenomenal. Vince was referred to us by our roofer. He can and thoroughly checked out what our concerns were and gave a quote quickly after the visit that was very reasonable. Vince is very personable and truly shows his care for the client. Courtney called to get the service scheduled and even offered us an opportunity to move it up with a last minute cancellation. Her customer service was great with each phone call. Cody ended up doing our work and repairs and did a phenomenal job. He was very polite and transparent about what step he was working on and any issues, even though minor, that came up. He was very descriptive in explanations. We had issues where pipes were leaking in random spots and he was able to fully address them. When parts were needed, he retrieved them from the part shop in a very timely manner and was back to the job. Over all very satisfied with the company all around. Definitely a company that does what they can to help their clients with what ever their need/want may be.

GRS came out and installed a shower faucet for us. They did wonderful work. The guys were super nice and respectful. They responded quickly when I reached out to them and came to our house when they said they would come. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

I'm going to start off by saying, if you did not call this company, then you already screwed up! Courtney has the best customer service. Vince and his crew are good at what they do. Dependable, friendly, professional and reliable. It is hard to find a company that really cares about what they are doing. Instead of doing a mediocre job, getting paid and moving on... Vince did things like he was doing his own house, and took the time to do some little extras to make sure things wouldn't become an issue in the future. I'm telling you, this is the company you want to hire. In a perfect world, I'd never need to call them again, but I know whenever I have HVAC or plumbing issues again, this is who I'm calling!

Having a plumber you can depend on is priceless! They've taken care of our homes for the last decade. You're not just the next job on the schedule, your needs truly matter to them. Very professional and competent. Calling them for your plumbing needs will give you peace of mind.

I am extremely grateful for the same day help GRS provided us today. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. His down to earth personality and reasonably priced service made for one of the best experiences we've had with a plumbing company. I wouldn't want to call anyone else as long as I lived in their service area. Highly recommended!
