I got an appointment the same day that I called. They told me on the phone when they would arrive and texted me 45 minutes before their arrival. Mike and Trace were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. I got a basic quote before they began the process. They were fast, efficient, and affordable. I’m very satisfied with their work. Definite A+!

Had an automatic water valve installed in our condo by Mike at Elite Performance Plumbing. He was quick, efficient & professional. Will definitely use his services in the future!

Elite Plumbing was great from start to finish! They truly went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked the way it needed to. They worked with my schedule and timeline. Stayed on quote and were extremely professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Eli did an amazing job on my main line clog. He went above and beyond to make sure it was completely cleared and took the time to answer all my questions. I also appreciated his attention to detail and the cleanup after he finished. This has not been the case in the past with other plumbers. I can't recommend Elite Performance Plumbing enough. They genuinely care about their customers from start to finish. I will definitely use them again!!

I tell you what, after calling about of different local plumbing places we called Elite Performance Plumbing & thank God we did. Long story short we had a hidden leak near our water meter underground & it was leaking over 1000 gallons of water a day. Elite performance plumbing sent out Eli for an estimate & told us what it would cost to fix the leak as well as offered to replace all the water lines from the meter to the house bc as he explained- the old lines regaining the pressure could cause another leak further down the line & then we'd be stuck with the bigger fix anyways. He was honest, very knowledgeable, & very fairly priced the job. The other plumbing companies didn't show any interest in helping us and they wanted atleast 50% more money to do either job. Eli answered me everytime I asked anything & kept in touch. We were a priority for him/them. He came out a day earlier than expected & had the job done by the time I got off work. We didn't even have to go without water. 100% highly recommend Eli & Elite Performance Plumbing. We will rehire them for any plumbing job.

I had to replace my tankless gas water heater and selected Elite Performance Plumbing for the job because they offered the best price. I was very happy with the quality of their work, their overall knowledge, schedule flexibility and professionalism. I plan to use them again if required and would unhesitatingly recommend them to family and friends.

We had a toilet installed last year and were very happy with Elite. This year when we needed a new water heater we called them again. It’s an 80 gallon water heater and expected it to be very expensive We found their quote to be less than we budgeted and quite fair.
They give excellent communication, 5 star service, and do what they say they will do. We won’t use anyone else for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend Elite!

We called GRS on New Year's Eve, not expecting to see a technician until after the holidays. Not only did they show up the SAME day, they were beyond helpful and took care of our issue quickly, thoroughly, and it was very inexpensive. I can't recommend GRS enough.

Michael is an amazing plumber and person. He explained absolutely everything to my dad and did not get annoyed. My dad is a very hard person to please and get along with. This company is the 6th one we have tried. Michael was in and out in no time and fixed the problem with no messes left behind and for what he done, it was cheap. I hope he’s being paid well, because he sure deserves it dealing with people like my old man lol. Thank you GRS and Michael

GRS was prompt and professional. The installations was also quick and top notch. It is very difficult to find a good plumbing service nowadays and they have been very trustworthy! I will definitely be calling them again!

They got me in on a last minute cancellation. appreciated the thought of calling to see if i would be able to take it even a few days before scheduled appointment. Michael came and was very professional, cleaned up and was quick! probably wasn't here a total of 30 minutes and they were by far the cheapest after calling around so it was a win-win.

My dad used the father and son duo Michael and Jacob last year he had multiple other companies come out before hand and there was always an issue after. Not a single problem after GRS came out! Will call them every single time my dad or myself have an issue

I have used GRS on a couple of occasions at my pet grooming business The Shih Shed. Every time they have been professional and got someone out to me right away. They're high quality work is reasonably priced and I love their online invoice so I can pay from my phone. I have another project coming up soon and I will definitely be using GRS.

I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a plumber. The lady at the office was very friendly and accommodating while working with our schedule.
The gentleman, that replace the interior water shut off valve, was also very friendly, on time, courteous and clean. He also used safety precautions, following CDC guidelines.
The cost of the repair was very reasonable and completed in a timely manner.
We will definitely use this business again.
