I called Clog Busterz Thursday afternoon and was happy I could get someone out Friday morning so quickly. Chris, the technician, even called about 30 minutes early, which I really appreciated.

When he arrived, he explained he was fairly new to leak detection and felt his supervisor would be better for the job because of how long my water line runs from the meter. He said his supervisor had 20 years of experience and would be coming out instead. Chris left around 9 a.m.

By 10:15, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called in and was told the supervisor was “on the way.” It wasn’t until 1:45 that I finally heard back and was told it would still be a few more hours before anyone could make it out. I live less than two miles from their office. I took the day off work and even paid for extra help just to get this handled, and the lack of communication was really frustrating. In the end, I ended up finding the leak myself.

Overall, this experience was a big letdown, and I won’t be using them again or recommending them.

My 30 year old water heater finally bit the dust and because I had used Clog Busters for previous plumbing issues, I called them. James arrived later that day to check out exactly what he needed to replace the unit, called around and found one of the size I needed, and provided a fair prize for the replacement unit and labor costs. James and Braxton returned the next day and efficiently installed my new unit. Because I had just had a knee replacement, I couldn’t move things around in the laundry room for them but it was no problem. They moved and replaced everything exactly like it was. Friendly, efficient, helpful and reliable. Could not have asked for a better job. Thanks James and Braxton.

Our water heater was leaking from the cold-water intake valve and we couldn't shut it off. Had to shut off all the water in the house. Called Clog Busterz the next day; got an appointment that same day for Tony to look at it. It was calcified quite a bit and needed to be replaced. Was able to get a new one the same day thanks to Brandon and Logan, and many thanks to Preston for setting everything up. Love our new water heater!

Jesse L. came and fixed my gas leak. He was very professional and knowledgeable and timely with his repairs. He also lit my furnace before he left so that we would have hot water. He was very friendly and I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Jesse!

It’s a Friday evening…big weekend plans…so my shower and toilet become backed up and will not drain/flush, needless to say, the situation was concerning! I google “plumbers in my area” and up pops Clog Busterz with a very positive review score. I called and and spoke with a very pleasant lady and she said someone could be here in a couple hours or less. I was thrilled! I was sent the credentials of Terrell Martin (including a pic) via text from the company. Shortly after I received a call from Terrell to inform me of his ETA. He arrived promptly, and was polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue and went over all possible remedies and charges before he began his work. Terrell quickly fixed the problem and was on his way. I now know why this company receives so many positive reviews. Terrell Martin and Clog Busterz earned this 5 star review! Thanks Again🙏🏼

I recently had an issue with an overflow pipe at my house in the front and back yard. I had Home Serve warranty protection (essential) for this coverage and had to pay no $ out of pocket. The moment I filed the claim and Clog Busterz accepted they were nothing but amazing. Austin was dispatched to my house mind you I live 2 hours away from their shop and they had to end up coming 2 days in a row. They did not stop until my issue was resolved and I appreciate them so much. If I file another claim with my Home Serve for any sort of plumbing issue I will be requesting Austin with Clog Busterz and his team for sure!!! These guys are so great!!!

Excellent service at a fair price—quality work without the high cost. Up front pricing. Friendly customer service with janet and technician Jesse L. Was polite, very respectful, careful about his tool placement, cleaned up after himself, and exceeded expectations. He paid attention to detail. I previously had an experience with Tony and it also went well.

Jesse repaired a pipe connected to my hot water tank he did an awesome job. He was so nice and respectful and friendly He knows his plumbing and I would recommend him to all my friends. If I have any more plumbing problems he will be the plumber I'll call....

My pipes were clogged were Frozen. I called Clog Busters to fix the problem. I was amazed at their professional ethics, their politeness and attention to details of the situation. They were very reasonable on the price they gave me and took care of an issue at no cost that would have been very expensive. Brandon and Clifford were very knowledgeable about the problem and they really know their stuff. I'm glad I called them and I WILL call them in the future. If you need professionals that know their stuff, you need to call Clog Busters

My toilet had overflowed really bad. I tried everything. I called Clog Busters they were the only ones who answered my call. The young men who came knowing it was freezing outside Brandon and Mathew. Sweetest and caring young men. They stayed late to fix it. So I would have a bathroom to use. They had to cut into my wall to get into the pipe they kept apologizing for having to make a mess a cut into my wall. They were so polite and understanding and stating they will start as long as needed to make sure my toilet was functioning. Thank you Brandon and Mathew for fixing my toilet and for staying late to fix it knowing you had your own family. I appreciate you guys very much .

I already left a review on Yelp, but Jesse deserves the credit here on Google too. I tried changing my own anode rods, but the water heater manufacturer had them tightened so much that they would not budge at all. I called another company and was quoted a shocking amount of money. After seeing people online recommend Clog Busterz, I gave them a call. They sent out Jesse L., and he did everything possible to get the anode rods removed and replaced for a fraction of the price I was quoted elsewhere. I’m very satisfied with the job overall and will use Clog Busterz in the future!

I had a water leak in our main line. We have over 1500 feet of line from our meter to our home and it is in the Palisades. The Palisades is nothing but solid limestone. Dig 6 inches and it's rock for the next 4 ft or more. Having a leak in an environment like this is an absolute nightmare and most plumbers will not even consider the job. Jesse from Clog Busterz came out took a look and made a game plan. Due to weather (ice storm) and other obstacles he was able to fix my leak in a timely and professional manner. The girls in the office were amazing with communication and follow up. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to work in less than ideal conditions. I will not hesitate to call them again if I need a plumber.

I called Clog Busterz due to a frozen pipe. Jesse came out and was able to determine where the freeze was, get it thawed, and then take the steps to reduce the chance of it happening again. Even in below-freezing temperature, he took the time to ensure that the work was done thoroughly and correctly.

He's very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what the issue was, what he needed to do to fix it, and what we could do to prevent any further issues. Fantastic job all around.

We had a drain upstairs not working and my washer wouldn’t drain out. We had Clog Busterz come out Matthew Shepherd and Josh Mullins they worked on our pipes and got it fixed. They were very professional and polite. They cleaned up everything! I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Working with Clog Busterz has been such an easy experience during a stressful time! They were quick to respond to my initial request and gave me an estimate before they even came out! I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly (could have been the same day!) when it worked with my schedule. John and Josh were my technicians and they were great! John called me about an hour into my appointment window to tell me their current job was running a little longer than expected, but he would let me know when they were on the way, which he did about 30 min later. John and Josh were both very nice and did a great job! And they were done with everything before the end of my appointment window!

We just had Dakota come out and take care of a clog for us and it was awesome! They responded super quick and were here in no time. He got us taken care of even faster! He was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I can’t express how relieved I was to have him here today. Brandon and Matthew Lewis (maybe Louis 😬) came out to my apartment today and from the second they walked in I knew that the job was going to be done RIGHT the FIRST time! When they came in I told them the problem that was going on, a little bit more in depth and they told me everything from start to finish what they were doing, what they were going to check, they were in contact with their boss and my landlord to let them know what was going on. Not just half of the problem, the WHOLE problem to get things actually FIXED the correct way. I have had quite a few people come out over this issue and here comes Matthew and Brandon killing it and fixing the WHOLE problem! I am very thankful that these technicians were the ones who were sent out. My whole hot water tank was gone gone, and everyone else tried to bandaid OR they’d come in and see I had a literal TAD of hot water, turn it off and dismiss me and they did exactly what should’ve been done the first time (and this was this companies FIRST time coming out). I appreciated their honesty from the jump and their kindness showed towards my kids who were talking their whole ears off. They were absolutely amazing! I’ve told my landlord and I HOPE AND PRAY this is our company for the rest of my time living here because I know it’s going to be done right the first time. They were very thorough and even stayed a couple minutes to make sure everything was 100% good. Thank you Brandon and Matthew L!!! I hope to see you guys again! Thank you for being amazing!!!

Jesse was assigned a job at my house through a warranty. He kept me informed all throughout the process. He explained what he found and how he was going to fix it. My yard was a mess when he was finished - not fault of his. He cleaned it up including the dirt on my driveway and sidewalk. He was very kind and I hope if I ever have to use this company again, Jesse is my technician!

Super happy with my experience with Elite Plumbing! We just bought our first house, so I had a lot of questions when Eli came to fix a small leak. Eli was very knowledgeable and kind and he took his time explaining everything to me and discussing priorities.
