I was fortunate enough to meet with the owner for a consultation regarding a HWH replacement. He was able to install a quality product the same evening for a reasonable price. The installation crew was extremely courteous and professional. I would highly recommend their services.

Polite and punctual! They scheduled us very quickly, the plumber showed up right on time and had our repair done in less than two hours.

Left muddy shoe prints in our living room around front door. I am somewhat uncomfortable with the lack of stability in the ball valve installation meaning it could be bumped and caused to leak too easily. This not exactly what I expected to receive for a thousand dollars.

Elite through and through! This team of professionals gets the work done in an efficient and informative manner. From scheduling to quoting to respectful employees, 5 stars all around. Jared has been to our home twice now and he has fixed a burst hose pipe, repaired water line to water heater, fixed leaky valves under sink, installed new stub out and kitchen sink plumbing, installed new gas line and gas stovetop. The guy that came out for the estimate was super nice and respectful and the guys that came for the repair were very respectful and did a great job. They were fast and cleaned up everything well. Would definitely hire them again.

The two gentleman that showed up to install my new hot water heater did an excellent job. They showed up on time, made a few improvements to the way the hot water heater was installed, and were very pleasant to talk to. They finished the job within an hour. Very appreciative of what they did.

Came out for a clogged drain that I’ve been battling for the third time this year. Unfortunately I’m on a slab and other companies had offered to jackhammer the floor. Elite was able to use a liner and get me back up and flowing. They showed me the camera footage when they were finished. It’s really amazing technology and man did they save the day with that solution. Life long client!!

We were lucky to get Brian Brazil as our plumber today…I explained the problem and he went right to work. He was very courteous and respectful. He tolerated me watching him and asking him questions ( which he answered right away). He kept working to open the drain and then ran a camera down for final inspection. He explained everything he was doing and how I can prevent the problem in the future. Then he cleaned and disinfected the area. If I need a plumber again I will be calling Brian from Elite Plumbing

Elite Plumbing is working on my neighbors house. The workers have been here all day, digging up the driveway, shoveling and repairing their issue. Kudos to the team for sticking with it to repair the issue. It got dark, cold and poured the rain and they did not leave till it was complete! Great customer service and an amazing group of workers!!! Hats off to them all.
