My water heater was needing to be replaced. These guys answered my call. Showed up on time the next day when they were scheduled to. Very friendly and professional. I am impressed with this company and would use them again.

We called AquaDux and got service same day for a stopped up drain. Our Tech, Dylan, was very personable and took precautions to keep everything clean. Highly appreciated the service.

I called in the middle of the night and Elvira answered the phone and she was polite and patient with me. Then she sent a plumber to me and kept me updated the whole time. Dylan the plumber fixed the problem quickly. I appreciate AquaDux Plumbing so so very much.

I called aquadux and made an appointment
but apex plumbing showed up. Horrible people. Should have told up front. Very over priced. Dylan Collins was the tech. He is very rude and got anger problems. The lady i talked to on the ph said $129 plus time to unclog the drain which is literally 10mins job cuz it told them exactly what to do since it always clogs up at the same spot. The tech came unequipped and quoted me $700 but could not give me a break down. And said he had to drive from Richmond and another tech had to drive from Danville with the equipment. I am not here to pay people to drive around. I turned down the job and he turned into an a$$. I called clog buster and they quoted me upfront $339 for the same job. There is more to the story how the tech was behaving but hope everyone got the point. STAY AWAY FROM AQUADUX AND APEX PLUMBING.

We got up to a leaking water heater. They came out almost as soon as we called and had a new one delivered and installed within a matter of hours. Very friendly, polite and efficient. Highly recommend.

I contacted this company to fix a leak under my sink, this company quoted me $612.82 to fix a couple of pipes. I preceded to call someone local who fixed my sinks pipes for $90! Very expensive. The only good thing was the person came then and there as soon as I called so that’s a plus. The tech that came out was also very nice.

I needed a hook up to the gas line for my house, and had been living without heat. After about 6 calls to other plumbers in the area, with no responses, Aquadux picked up immediately and set up an appointment. Big shout out to The phone team and Austin and crew, who did a phenomenal job, quick, and at a great price. Everyone was friendly and kind, and i’m so glad to have heat! I will definitely be using again quite soon for some additional projects. Thank you Aquadux team!

Dylan came to our home today. Delighted to see a service company that shows up with a smile and in good spirits. He was fast, efficient, and knew what he was talking about with our repair. Would 100% do business with these guys again. Even from the start it was easy to get this project knocked out with them. Everyone was super friendly!

Dylan and Matt came out and they hit every speed bump they could, when fixing our outdoor spigot and pipe. They were so professional and gracious and always kept a smile even through the frustrating experience. We were completely without water until they fixed it. They got it fixed and replaced and were great representatives for your company. My husband said they are going to be our go-to guys from now on!!! Thank you so much for everything!

Dylan and Matthew were incredibly empathetic to our emergency plumbing situation, as well as patient and informative. They made great efforts to remedy our issue as fast as they could on very short notice. When someone else was unable to complete a portion of the project we had, Dylan and the owner Ben came out and fixed it. We were blown away with the customer service given by the office staff Elvira, and the owner Ben. Shout out to Dylan for leading his team well, and easing a very hectic and stressful situation for us. Hoping we don’t need plumbing services anytime soon, but will certainly be calling AquaDux if we do.

Jesse was great to work with to replace my collapsed sewer line. Great communication from the start. He and his fellow technician took extra time to prevent any damage to my yard or remaining pavers when an excavator was needed to help dig up my damaged line. Work was excellent and I appreciated the extra clean up he took the time to perform. I would definitely recommend using!

Tyler was very thorough and prompt. Considerate of protecting flooring and underneath my sink . It was amazing watching a seasoned professional working , he would look and listen to the water running and knew exactly what the problem was . He fixed the clogged drain within an hour . Unfortunately due to the age of my house a pipe broke and I had to call him back . He assured me would take care of it and he did . I highly recommend Clog Busterz for all your plumbing needs. Tyler was very professional, kind , respectful and for that I gave him a homemade jar of blackberry jam! Thanks Tyler !

Jesse was a wonderful technician and came quickly to assess the issues I was having. I would highly recommend Clog Busterz.

Upon calling I found Preston to be very professional on the phone and arranged my appointment the next day. Logan and Chris arrived before the storm moved in and did a great job snaking the outside cleanout pipe running to the sewer. I was very impressed with both of them with their politeness & professionalism shining greatly. Two very commendable employees! Very positive and answered all my questions, Thank You Logan & Chris.

We had Chandler and Ethan here today from Clog Busterz Plumbing to service our water leak out by the meter. These two guys were very professional and courteous even though they had to get muddy while repairing the leak ... but they got the job done. We appreciate all their help!!

Josh came to my house and gave me the first of 4 quotes for fixing the leak in our water main. He was exceedingly cordial as well as professional. Based strictly on his personality, I was hoping his quote would come in as the lowest of the 4 because he was so friendly and made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. It turned out that his quote was the lowest, which made it a no-brainer to call and schedule for him to come out and do the repair work necessary to fix the leak.

Josh and Christian came to the house on the appointed day. Both of them were very courteous and professional every step of the way. They explained what they were going to do and kept me informed as to the progress they were making. The digging, they had to do, was exceedingly difficult, but they worked until the pipe was exposed and they could make the repair.

Part of the repair work had to be done in my basement. They cleaned up after themselves in the basement, and replaced the dirt back into the hole in the ground, out front, as best as could be accomplished with all the clay they had to dig through.

I was exceedingly pleased with their service and won't hesitate for a second to call Clog Busterz again should the need arise!

One thing I don't like to look for shortcuts on is plumbing in my home. A small leak can can big problems if left unchecked. We called Clog Busters Pluming for the first time a couple of weeks. I did not get the first crew's name but I tell you they did a fine job. Water leaks can ruin a great home just by neglecting them. We had to call them out again to replace a toilet. Excellent service again.

The gentlemen that assisted us this time was Christian. Excellent personality, great work ethic, and we are very satisfied with his work.

I will definitely call this company back again.

Last week, we needed a replacement our electric water heater. Tommy came to the house to give us a quote. We had 3 other companies do the same. Tommy, with Clog Busterz, search for all the savings that he could find, including Military Discount, to give us a great price. 30 - 40 less than the other companies. Dakota Schmidt and his apprentice came to do the install. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I watched the entire install. Dakota and his partner asked me lots of questions to make sure that they installed the water heater and the pipes exactly how I wished. They even installed additional shut off valves, I requested. They, also, cleaned the work site after they completed the job. Tommy, Dakota and apprentice, Thank you gentlemen. A job very well done.
