I called a few minutes after 8:00 a.m. and by 9:30 a.m. someone was at my door! Dean was amazing! He explained what was going on with the leak and his plan to repair it. He answered all my questions when he reviewed the estimate. He quickly made a parts run and had the repair finished in short order! He also did additional work to diagnose and fix a small shower leak and snaked both shower drains to head off a future clog. He was personable, professional, and all of his work areas were cleaned up as if he had not been there. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and especially Dean to anyone in the Richmond Kentucky area who's looking for plumbing services.

Kevin was absolutely amazing. He was prompt, courteous, and communicated the issue and proposed repairs incredibly well. I am very confident with the work he performed.

Dean Cross was excellent at clearing our kitchen sink and left no mess. He was at my house within an hour.
Felt the fee was a bit high but as this is a large company and much like our government there are probably a lot of hands in the pot of gold.
Would recommend in an emergency.

Dylan Collins did a great job not only
Installing our new hot water heater but educated us on why the pipe failed. He was thorough and efficient in his time. Will use Mr. Rooter especially Mr. Collins for future work.

I was very pleased with the service I received! Shawn Smith the Septic Specialist that came to pump our tank out was very knowledgeable and was completely honest & transparent about the condition of our system. We had been worried it was in bad shape and he didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. He inspected the tank and we are going to have him put us on the schedule for another service in 4 years as recommended. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Shawn!! We appreciate it!!

Kevin and Markell were able to fix our plumbing issues quickly and efficiently. They were very nice and super competent. I can’t recommend Mr. Rooter enough, especially Kevin and Markell.

Been having problems with this houses plumbing since we bought it (5 months ago) Finally had a camera put in the pipe and had some type of drain strainer type thing stuck in pipe, Have never seen it before Struggled with it but never gave up, My family really appreciates the help. Will use this service again. Thanks Trevor and Friend who was with him.

Had a backup from the septic tank and didn’t know if it was an internal clog or a tank issue. They pulled a toilet and ran a camera probe all the way to the tank with no clogging present. The guys got out here quickly, were very pleasant and polite, and performed the task cleanly. I’d recommend their services.

Service man did an excellent job. Cleaned up after unplugging the toilet, communicated all he was doing, explained the source of problem and corrected action. Very personable and efficient.

Dylan did a wonderful job! He was knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned the area when he got the drain cleared. Glad I called Mr Rooter and happy with the redults Dylan produced.

Dilyan is amazing. Did a great job! He didn't leave a mess. He was very personal and empathetic. He is an absolute joy to work with! Today , I call the office and ask if he could swing by, I wanted to show him something. He came right over. Apparently when my friend was with me, when I first call the plumber, turned off the water to my dish washer. Dilyan turned it on for me! I hope I don't have anything to do with plumbing anytime soon, but I will definitely call this company and request him again!

We were preparing a family member's home for sale and I had to replace the tub faucet. It had probably been on the tub for YEARS and I could not get it to budge. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Richmond for two reasons. First, they take emergency calls and second, I know Dave and Laura because a few years ago they were our neighbors. I called the office and the phone was answered promplty and they told me someone could be there in less than an hour. He actually came within 20 minutes, looked at the job and quoted me a price that I thought was very fair. He was professional, wore booties over his shoes (which I appreciated since we had cleaned the carpets) and finished the job quickly. My experience was very positive and I would recommend their company.

I woke up Thursday, September 5th to water gushing inside my basement wall. I called the nearest plumber with an emergency number, Mr. Rooter. They said they’d be out within the hour, they were there in less than 20 minutes.

The two techs that came out quickly got the water shutoff and went right to work. Whoever constructed my house 20 years ago had the bright idea to run the water line completely under the long driveway and bury it into the foundation with no easy access to repair it later. The techs decided to pull the old line and run another.

The first attempt they tried and failed. They tried another solution and failed. Every idea they had only seemed to make the job harder to solve.

But they kept at it.

For 6 hours, all day Thursday, they brought out every guy they could to help, heavy equipment and a lot of patience. They’d resolved that they might have to cut through the concrete driveway to trench a new line.

Friday morning they came back to attempt to run the line through the existing conduit again. 10 hours later, and with minimal cutting to the driveway, they succeeded.

I don’t care how many times these guys failed to solve the problem, they just kept attacking it, and not one of those guys were willing to quit.

Easily, 10/10 Stars

Called with an emergency. They sent someone within a few hours to fix my kitchen sink. Yes, very pricey, but very professional and kind. Dean was the guy who was sent and I am VERY thankful for him! He explained it all to me, took extra time to go over things with me, 11/10 service from Dean. He was easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable, helped my husband and I in a bind and truly went above and beyond. He even made sure everything worked fully before he left. I also had this poor man walking around our house trying to find our main water line. (Sorry Dean!) Great guy. Great service. The woman on the phone (I forgot her name unfortunately) was also so kind while I was crying on the phone trying to schedule this emergency. They called to let me know when Dean was on his way which was also so helpful and he arrived in the exact time they said. Truly, I am so thankful for Dean and this company. Yes, pricey, but I was more than willing to pay it for the service and the professionalism! Will definitely call them if needed again and will forever request Dean!!!!

I want to extend a thank you to the Mr. Rooter team that came to my house to inspect my septic tank. They originally came to empty the tank and install risers but upon inspection found my tank lid was failing. Working with Shawn Smith was fantastic, he was up front with cost and scope and is a true professional. His team, Mike and Colby are surgeons with the Bobcat and I enjoyed talking to them while they were here. I’ve tried multiple other companies to complete this job and Mr. Rooter made it happen. I would only call them in the future for my plumbing issues or questions. Great Job!!!
