Julie was very helpful getting my work started. I needed a toilet replacement and plumbing work done. They sent Mike out and he fixed the plumbing and replaced the toilet on Tuesday. Then he came back Wednesday to put my new water heater in. This company does great work. I will keep them on my list for work again.

Mike and Jeffrey came first time to evaluate a difficult water heater installation and stop the leak. They were timely and professional and gave a reasonable estimate. As impressed as I was by them, I was just as impressed with Bryan and Phillip when they came to complete the job. They went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve my issues and all four of these men obviously enjoy and take pride in their work.

Jacob the owner came out to survey our new construction house. He met with our contractor and together had the perfect place for whole house water softener. Eli came out with a helper and had everything installed ready to go. Julie who helped coordinate things was fabulous.
My only suggestion would be to bring the salt for the system as I had to run out and get 6 bags for the system to operate properly.

They were very professional and fixed our leaking faucet. I would have liked to have gotten an itemized bill… price of part and price of labor.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and Eli was very professional and helpful. He answered my questions and left us with peace of mind. He replaced the main water shut-off that had corroded and another shut off valve that had failed. I would highly recommend!

Eli showed up on time and finished the task within about an hour. He replaced the cartridges, springs, and washers (with Delta parts) on both the hot and the cold handles of the faucet. Faucet works well with no leak from the cold side or drip from the hot side. Eli was very polite and professional in his interactions. Would recommend Eli & Elite Performance Plumbing to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Made a phone call, Mike Clark showed up was very polite and professional looked over everything gave me a price I agreed to it. Knocked it out in roughly 2 hours. Very clean service as well no mess. This company was wonderful to work with right out of the gate! Julie was so helpful in trying to schedule my service appointment to minimize the time I would have to take off from work. She was incredibly friendly and very efficient.
Brian was really great too. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He gave a reasonable estimate of his arrival time and was really detailed about what needed to be done, how long it would take and the up-front cost. He was patient with all of my questions and explained every step of the job. He got the sink and pipe cleared in no time! He gave me some really helpful advice about things that could be done to help keep the piping clear in the future too.
I will be recommending Elite Performance Plumbing to my friends and would 100% call them again if any other issues crop up.

Received a supply line install from them. Eli and Adolfo were both very respectful and gracious with their knowledge. More importantly, they seem to be a genuine American company, not owned by private equity. Get a quote, it’s probably better than your other quotes.

We had a leak outside& Elite plumbing came out the same day we called but there was an issue with the curb stop so they generously offered to come back out once the water company got that fixed. Once they came back out they were able to locate and resolve the issue within 2 hours. Both guys were knowledgeable, kind and helpful. This was our first experience using a plumber and we’re glad we chose Elite!

They were very professional. They explained everything they were doing, and all the options that we had. That was very appreciative of the work. The timeliness end the result. They install the tankless water heater. As my 15-year-old, one had finally given out. Rest assured. I will be calling them for future plumbing needs.

Elite Performance Plumbing did an exceptional job. I called the day prior to Eli coming out to enquire about their next availability. I knew this could be an issue since we are still dealing with the ice storm. They had an opening the following day and got there that morning. My house has no water main shut off inside, so it has to be done at the meter. Well, due to the ice, it was buried. Eli searched, got the city utility company to come assist, and really went above and beyond to make sure our leak was fixed today. Highly recommend.

Mike installed Moen automatic water shut off. He did a fantastic job! Excellent workmanship and reasonable prices!! Clean work area and very congenial. He worked with our schedules and fully explained all the work done. I highly recommend their services; fully satisfied with the job!
