I love this place. Most importantly all of the people working at the store are friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of plants and get in new plants quite often. I have noticed that the plants that I purchase from other garden centers in the area aren't as hardy as the ones that I get from Mission Gardens.

I'm not much of a gardener and my partner's family took me here on their quest for rose food. We ended up leaving with tons of plants ready to be transplanted, a hanging basket with a gorgeous floral arrangement growing in it, and the rose food. All around the property are pens with an array of birds from rock doves to fancy chickens and even a peacock! This was the highlight for me. They also have super helpful staff, everything you need for your garden, pest control, statuary, fountains, and much more.

I haven't been here in quite a while yet i consider this nursery to be one of if not the best nursery in the area. Ive recently moved back to Sonoma and am looking forward to shopping there to find some beautiful plants for my patio. They truly are another level when comparing with other nurseries.

Great garden center in Sonoma. Even if you’re not shopping for plants, this is a terrific place to slow down and take a lovely stroll.

I hired him and found home peeping through my windows with his phone in hand. Definitely do not recommend for any type of service. Extremely rude and hot headed. If you have kids or just home alone make sure you have video cameras!!!!

Stop letting your employees park all your company trucks in our neighborhood sometimes they bring

Nosiest company in the world! Every Thursday is a nightmare when they come with that useless mega-polluting nonsense old blowers to make noise, dust and contaminate the air. Totally useless! Worse yet, now they are bringing two at the same time here in my Condo. Just like a blower’s noisy festival. God help us…

Best garden center in the area! I used to travel to the city just for their amazing selection and great service. So happy they just opened this location!!

Rose selection was small.
Since they just opened this location , going to give them the benefit of the doubt that next year they will expand their collection .

Super small, no parking, no bathrooms except for porta potties. Very small unexciting selection of plants. Why go here when you could go to cottage gardens or harmony’s new Petaluma location? Really weird choice for sloat to enter Sonoma
County in such a lackluster way.

So excited Sloat is now in Petaluma! Their plants and pots are top-notch, and not only is the staff nice, but they know what they’re talking about. Highly recommend stopping by to check it out.

I am thrilled that Sloat has made their way to Petaluma. They have all the plants the big box stores have at great prices and are just a few minutes away vs 20 minutes away. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Hurray!

what a cool garden center. Nice plants, very well priced pots, and some really nice metal birds of all sorts. The people are very nice too.
