Jason was very professional and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and explained what he was going to do with today’s treatment. I really appreciated his helpful attitude and professionalism.

Love our new service Tech Dustin. He knocked on our door and explained in detail what he would be doing today annd going forward for our yard. I also appreciate that we will have him servicing our yard instead of a different person each time. We had True Green in NC before we moved and we feel like the service so far in AR is a step up.

Tech Taryon is always attentive to any concerns and is proactive in solving any problems. I have had lots of compliments this summer from my neighbors about the appearance and health of my lawn.

I'm fairly new to this service but I am so happy with them. I have been given so much good information by the service techs. Dakota was here yesterday and I waa very impressed with what he advised me as well as his overall knowledge about lawn health. He also left me with a detailed account of what he put on the lawn and best way to water. Time of day and amount. I really feel TruGreen cares about their work. Thank you Dakota, I'm extremely happy with your expertise!

Ash went above and beyond to ensure I knew what need to be done and ensured i knew the importance of the yard being watered. Very pleased with her service.

Jenna did a HORRIBLE JOB! She sat in her truck 10 minutes then spent 5 minutes in my Front yard, never went to my backyard. I was watching her the whole time she didn’t even come to my door.
1 star is not good enough for her work!
Jeffery came back a few days later and did everything correct he is a very nice guy.
I’ll NEVER let Jenna do my yard again!
Jenna needs to loose her job I’ve heard that she does that a lot.

Just bought a house and found out that TruGreen serviced this property so we continued the services. Been having issues, a different tech comes to treat yard and leave no recommendations, left my gate open twice. One time they left it open after I had a stroke and my dog got out and I had to chase my dog down. I believe that I am on the wrong treatment plan but TruGreen wont send anyone knowledgeable out to property to ensure that we are on the right plan to service my needs. I have called on several occasions and issues not resolved. No callbacks. They just send a different tech and then charge me. In the process of canceling but they always try to resolve and it never works out because nobody is listening. I am so over them! See pics

Started new service with TruGreen and the first service was at my neighbors address. I contacted TruGreen to inform them they treated the wrong address. They apologized and came back to my address to perform my first service, however they had mapped my lawn and created a plan to fit my neighbors lawn. So every follow up treatment has missed the sides of my property. I have made several calls in to TruGreen to get this resolved and nearly a month later they still haven’t got this right. Would not recommend TruGreen

Finally had someone come by and do what we thought should've been done several times. He took his time and went over our entire yard. First time after a year that we fell like we got great service.

Seems good so far.Came out and answered all my questions. I have a service contract with this new home for TruGreen services for 12 months and they weren't trying to pitch any unnecessary services. Jeanna D. from N little Rock did great. Will try to keep my new lawn green !

I’ve had nothing but issues ever since I switched to Truegreen. Typically it involves not spraying the entire yard or leaving ruts as they drive across. This time it’s a technician walking across the top of my handrail and jumping off, instead of simply walking down the steps. It’s what you’d expect from a child, except my children know better.

The gentlemen that have come to service our lawn have been great. I’m sure they are applying whatever they are told. 1st issue was the fact that I asked through text I wanted someone to come out and talk to me about issues. No response, 2nd issue was a thorough chat with someone asking for the same and the fact that current service suggested an aeration. Your company had aerated two weeks Pryor. I told them I would welcome a refund . But they said I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. No such thing. Now had a service today, they had performed that same service Monday the 1st. What is up with your company? The fact that I prepaid for the year is too bad for me I guess.

I have a contract with TruGreen and my specialist today was Jeanna Driskill. She did a great job. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Our service tech Jina Was very knowledgeable and advised to reschedule treatment due to grasp being too tall and needing to remove the Pineneedle Coverage
Rescheduling is here in the next four or five days.
