Ash was awesome with spraying the yard. She was friendly and took the time needed to complete the service. I am very pleased with her service and hope that she is the one they send next time.

Great service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took time for me to show problem areas and concerns. Helpful in explaining the different weeds and grasses we are targeting.

Our service tech was excellent! Jeanna Driskill was very informative and knowledgeable. She explained everything to us and she was very nice. She was here to do a treatment on our trees and shrubs and did an excellent job.

Ian weathers did an exceptional job on the yard. He listened to what I needed done and was kind and respectful. Hope we get him again.

My crepe myrtles are diseased and bushes dying. I've basically paid them to kill my landscaping. The lawn treatment is better, with a few areas with weeds. It's disappointing.
Update:
The horticulturist at a local store advised us to use this drench. One application saved them.
Shame on Trugreen for charging $75 a month and not fulfilling simple obligations.

Enjoyed meeting Jason today. He was thorough in explaining the service and what to expect over the next several months. Look forward to seeing the progress in improving the health and look of my lawn. Thank you, and look forward to a better lawn.

Had the best experience today with Jeanna. She took a lot of time and explained things really well. She was a sub but wish she was my lawn girl every time.

Zach was really good! He had good energy and I love that. He explained to me what to look out for after this treatment. He gave me a time period for it. He told me my main problem will be taken care of so I am happy for now. I hope my plan is sufficient to take care of the problem.

Recently had BGLS come out to trim a few trees and remove several close to our house. We were pleased with their quote compared to several others. The team showed up promptly and worked hard into dusk to get our job done. Would recommend!

We had a great experience working with Seth and Ricky of Bright Green Lawn service here in Asheville NC. We had some trees that needed to be taken after the hurricane Helene and the crew did an amazing job clearing the trees. The price was very affordable. Highly recommend using Bright Green Lawn Service.

The best in many ways. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I went in looking for something that would do well in this area, other than cactus. Erin greeted us as if we were welcome, not as an intrusion as most clerks in some establishments. Erin then proceeded to tell us about plants that grew well in this environment and gave us a walking tour to show us each plant. I haven't seen this type of customer service since I don't know when! Thank you!

We went by Cherry Valley Nursery today on the recommendation of a friend. I must say I was quite impressed with not only their many selections, but their customer service was on point as well. The staff was very knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back.

This is my absolute favorite nursery. The staff is always phenomenal, they are affordable, and their plants are always well taken care if. I have never purchased a plant here and had it die either. They are always my go to!

I absolutely love shopping here for my plants. I have bought so many plants and trees at this nursery in the past. Customer service is always superb; friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

I bought two Eden roses a week ago, which are harder to find. The rose selection is enormous and it's so hard to select because they are all so beautiful. However, I have been looking for asian eggplants, and bitter melon. To my surprise, I found a 6 pack bitter melon, but unfortunately, I needed more. I will be coming back this week since they have in new shipments weekly.

Great variety. Didn't compare prices because we like to support local smaller businesses. Service usually great, not so much this time. Hard time getting help, ended up struggling to get the big buckets on the cart myself. Tough with my elderly mom along worrying about her falling while I pushed the cart up the hill.
