It was a pleasure to have Fernando, Jorge and Maria in my home. Those 3 were a blessing to me. They are dedicated, thorough, friendly and they did an awesome job. If I had to choose them over again, they would be the ones. If I had to recommend anyone, they would be the ones that I would HIGHLY recommend. Thanks Servpro for sending them to help me. Servpro was called out to our home after our water heater had leaked in our attic into a hall bathroom and onto our hardwood floors. Tom, George and Maria arrived promptly on time with smiles on their faces and all were very professional and very pleasant. All of our questions were answered and they all were very knowledgeable about their jobs and the process of what needed to be done. We were put to ease knowing that no mold had occurred due to their quick actions. Overall we are very pleased with the work so far that has been done.

There are also fans in our attic that I did not take pictures of.

Salesman ( Jason), Job Supervisor ( Austin ), and all of Guys, did a Terrific Job. All were very Professional, and I would recommend Pelican Roofing to everyone I know.

We had our roof replaced yesterday and are so happy with the new roof. It is beautiful. Our project manager, Austin Burnaman did a great job coordinating everything in a very professional way. The crew replacing the roof worked fast but at the same time did a beautiful and professional job. We would gladly recommend Pelican Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

My roof was replaced last week. Jason Laneaux worked with me through the entire process. He helped with the insurance part of it all the way thru to the installation. Austin (project manager) kept me informed during the entire installation process. The roof was removed and installed in one day and the property cleaned up beautifully. They are the best!! The roof looks awesome!!

You will be in good hand with Pelican roofing! Out of five roofing companies I reached out to, pelican was the only one to return my call. I was looking to have a fortified roof installed and needed to have many questions answered that would help me feel confident about the installation process and any insurance related questions. They not only new the process, but was able to inform me about steps needed and things that wasn’t discussed along the process of learning the fortified roof coverage. From start to finish I never had a “ uneasy felling”. They answered the phone or would call back in a timely manner if I needed anything. The sales person Randy who helped from the start was on point from the beginning to end. Having a project manager (drawing a blank on his name). Maybe “Brian”. He was on site the day of install and made me feel much better about knowing the fortified roof would be done correctly. Pictures were taking every second, and if any questions or issues arose, he would contact fortified to verify install was correct. They made insurance easy. I never had to ask why, who, or how when dealing with the insurance process. The crew was clean, polite, and professional the whole time. Oh, and one last thing. The install took a little longer than expected, not a big deal. This was not expected and not their problem. I had a lot of issues that needed fixing taking more time then thought. It was a holiday weekend and the crews where scheduled to have off, they called the owner to allowed only a small crew to return the next morning to complete the job. I told then to not worry and return the next business day. They didn’t! They showed up the next morning, Saturday to finish. Amazing!

Just had my roof replaced. Very easy and pleasant experience thanks to Jason (inspection and sales) and Austin (project manager). Both Jason and Austin took time to explain the process thoroughly and answer all my questions. On the day of installation, Austin was here to oversee all the details. The work crew was great and clean up was comprehensive. Love my new roof! Happy to highly recommend Pelican Roofing.

When our roof was leaking, we called Pelican Roofing and Mr. Rob was quick to reach out to us and very thorough in answering all our questions. He even walked us through an insurance claim and thankfully our insurance paid for our roof! The two other roofing companies we had reached out to discouraged us from filing a claim, which was frustrating. As first time homeowners, my husband and I were so thankful for Mr. Rob’s kindness and helpfulness. When are roof was replaced, Austin and the crew did a great job too. The roof install was quick and they did great picking up after themselves. We are so thankful for our wonderful experience.

I absolutely loved working with them and our roof looks great! Dion took the time to explain every detail and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. He even asked if he could spray some wasp nests he noticed while doing his quote.

We worked to Pelican Roofing to install a new patio cover over our front entrance. Since we weren't sure what size cover we wanted to go with, they provided bids for several size covers so that we can decide which one best met our needs & budget. Throughout the process Rob & Clint's team were professional, kept us informed, and went above and beyond to complete the job satifactorily. We plan to install gutters in the near future, and Pelican will be who we go with. I highly recommend them!

Pelican transformed my roof. They arrived on time. Worked all day. The on site project manager, Grant, checked in when they started and throughout the day. Alex our sales rep checked in throughout the day. Yanish the sales manager confirmed my date the week before and then the night before. The crew cleaned up and twice ran the magnet over the yard. And our neighbor commented how nice our new roof looked.😊 Highly recommend Pelican. They live up to their BBB A+ rating.

I cannot say enough great things about Randy. He went out of his way to help us through this process, despite a lot of hiccups on my insurances end. He made the process easy and walked us through all the steps. We recommend him to anyone who asks!! Our new roof looks great.

We have a commercial building located in Baton Rouge, La on Jefferson Hwy. After sustaining permanent roof damages from Hurricane IDA in August 2021, we contracted with Pelican Roofing to install a new roof for us. It was a large roof with many parts to it.
Adam and his crew, including Jarred and Clint, were very professional and easy to work with. They provided pictures all along the 2 week process. They worked with us helping block off the parking areas to help us continue to having parking lot areas for our commercial tenants in the building. Each day they were great about updating me with progress during the installation period. They finished the large job in a timely manner.
The finished product gave us a new roof and we feel we have something that will last many years to come.

Miss Tammy came out and inspected my roof. Let know that my roof was still in good condition and educated me on my roof. The leak I was expert came from my ac unit instead of my roof. She was very professional, I would recommend her and pelican roofing to anyone that I know.

I and my elderly mother inquired about a new roof on my house/mom’s house and found out from the great experience I had with Rob Noe. Rob told me that for now my roof/moms roof doesn’t need to be changed. Rob is very knowledgeable, pleasant, listened to my concerns/questions and very satisfying. I and my mom will definitely be using Pelican Roofing and Rob in the future for our roofing needs!
