I was in need of a full roof replacement and Pelican Roofing, especially their sales representative Zack Tolbert, helped me tremendously in navigating the many reports and inspections as well as any other paperwork between the insurance company and myself. Zack was able to work with me and my busy work schedule and would meet with me whenever it was most convenient with the occasional after hours visit so that I did not have to call off work. Furthermore, Zack was able to explain every step in the process and assisted me in my communications with the insurance company which I greatly appreciate. All work was completed within a day and turned out well. Additionally, Zack and Pelican Roofing calculated ventilation efficiency and came to the conclusion that additional electric vents were needed which yielded a lower electricity bill since my air conditioner does not work as hard now. This is something I would have never thought of and is an example of the "above and beyond" service that Zack and Pelican Roofing provided me with. I am hoping that this roof will last me for many many years, but if I had to do it all over again, I would not hesitate to call Pelican Roofing.

From the very beginning Patrick (Pelican Rep)took control. He dealt with the insurance, correlated all the work, and then took care of the final stuff with the insurance. After being in construction over 30yrs myself, the actual workers, on the roof, were phenomenal, ten or 12 individuals working like one machine. They hardly spoke to one another. From the lead men to the helpers, they all knew what and when to do something. They constantly kept the house safe from debris and especially the roofing tacks. When they were finished --- except for a beautiful new roof, you could not tell they had even been there. I would recommend PELICAN ROOFING to my Mom, if she were still here.

So after a couple of bad storms we had a card that Dion at Pelican gave to a friend. They recommended him to my mother and and she had me come meet him to check out her roof. We had concerns that maybe there was hail damage. He did a thorough inspection, came down and advised us that though the roof was aged, there wasn’t any hail damage. However, his insights were 100% correct, he provided his info and we were extremely impressed with the honesty. His knowledge of the insurance process was very reassuring and we asked our insurance to take a look and after their inspection they told us the same thing as Dion. In this day and age honesty is few and far between. If I ever have an issue with my roof. I’m calling Dion.

Pelican Roofing did an excellent job installing my fortified roof. They kept the property clean and safe throughout the process—covering the plants and pool so nothing was damaged or left messy. Brandon, the project manager, worked hard to make sure everything was done right, and it really shows in the final result. I’m very happy with how the roof turned out!

Pelican Roofing of Baton Rouge and in particular their agent, Randy Morris, helped me in getting my roof replaced. We had hail damage and were getting nowhere with our insurance company. Through their diligence, we were able to get approval and the roof has been replaced. The work was completed in one day and their work was exceptional.

Due to an insurance issue, we had 1 month to replace our roof. Pelican roofing got the job done. From beginning to end the process was seamless. Dion came out and inspected our roof, sat with us, went over our options, and set us up with our plan of action. He didn’t pressure us to make a decision and helped us weigh our options. He even gave us great advice on how to inform our insurance company so that we could an extension.
Cost wasn’t an issue as we receive several quotes and they were all in the same range. Dion’s care and patience with our questions, his explanation of the entire process, and his willingness to be available throughout the entire process is what ultimately led us to go with Pelican. Also they have a warranty of 5 years compared to the other companies’ 2 years.
From the moment we decided to go with Pelican, their team kept the lines of communication open and let us know every few days where we were in the process. They were even able to get us scheduled a week earlier than expected. Once the project started, the roofing team was very professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time, worked hard, and finished the project in one day. They cleaned up and our property was back to normal by early afternoon. We are extremely pleased with their work. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Randy Morris is the best! He’s a real professional! Came to my house and inspected my roof and we had hail damage! We discussed the issue and I called my insurance company and we were off! He was with us every step of the way.
Brandon and the roof crew were great too, did my roof in one day and left my house very clean! They used their magnets to pick up nails, the magnets were very thorough!
Jacob and his crew installed my gutters, the crew did an excellent job! They installed round down spouts, which sets my house apart from others with square spouts!

On top of that, remarkably, my old roof was removed and my new, reinforced roof was completed all in one day! Brandon, the roofing supervisor kept me informed throughout the day and facilitated the reinforced roof certificate with ease. My only expense was my insurance deductible and paying to upgrade to a reinforced roof. cannot recommend this company or it’s staff more highly.

Everyone was helpful from start to finish one of the best experiences I’ve had with having to have a roof replaced and gutters replace, workmanship is excellent and everything looks beautiful after they were finished with the install. Jason walked us through the process of getting a new roof which he made very easy. Austin and Brandon were our on-site roof installers. They and their crew removed and replaced our roof in 1 day! The entire crew of about 14 were amazing as they arrived at 7 am and were done by 3. They also took extra pains to make sure the site was clean and free of any debris and/or nails. Randy and his team did a great job on our new roof on existing home and new addition. This was a turn key tear off, decking repair, new roof install, and clean up in 8hrs. These guys really have there work planned and communication from the start of the process to end was perfect. Pricing is very fair and extremely competitive.
