Had Ser pro come in and spray for covid 19 in my 900 sq ft office area. Do not think they did an effective job. Actually it was a joke!! They took a total of 10 minutes. Didnt do the job as was explained whenwe made appointment And were not on time. Very disappointing . Also didnt give receipt.

Servpro is nothing but a RIP OFF company. They intentionally keep your property months and months to be able to charge you a ridiculous amount of money. We had a fire on 07/22/2014 and after being in a hotel for a month Servpro was still giving excuses as to why our items had not been cleaned yet. After moving into a new apartment with no furniture or other necessity items, Serpro was contacted again and claimed they STILL had not gotten to our items yet to be cleaned. It has now been 2 months and after much frustration, I called Servpro and told them to just bring back my items and I would clean them myself. Servpro rep Brian told me that he still would not be able to bring them until the following Monday. Now today is 09/19/2014 and Brian has informed me that if I want my items back that I had to pay him $6000 for storing my items. I did not contact Servpro to store my items, I contacted them to clean my items. It is not my fault that they are incompetent and does not have the abilities that they advertise. They have been sitting on my items on purpose to be able to charge me this ridiculous amount of money that I refuse to pay them. If you see the name Servpro please everyone RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!

Servpro EBR provided service after hurricane Ida, at my 90 year old uncle’s home. He was very anxious after realizing that he had water coming through the AC register in his bedroom, due to shingles being blown off during the storm. Servpro of EBR responded promptly. Tom Winnfield made my uncle feel at ease immediately. He climbed into the very hot attic, where he removed wet installation. He positioned air movers, and dehus to dry the structure. He then contacted their roofer, who came out and tarped the affected area. Tom stayed in touch, and monitored the drying process, and the status of the claim with State Farm. We are so grateful for the prompt service, and would highly recommend Servpro of EBR and Ascension Parish.

I am a tenant and my landlord called this company. Well my complaint is about the service and pickup. I literally watched the lady put her mop in the bucket one time and mop the whole floor with it.... Needless to say I went over it. When they came to pick up their equipment I was at work and my wife let them in and he got his stuff and left. I get home and I see all my electronics that was on the shelf knock on the floor and he didn't tell anyone anything just left. They are not real expert just because you have a lot of people doesnt mean you have good service.
