My husband and I waited one hour and 30 minutes for the designer to come so they could give us a quote. No one came. I called several times. Robert told me that David was supposed to be coming and that he would contact him and call me back. NO ONE EVER contacted me or came. Must not need my business and BAD BUSINESS on their part. Will not use.

Found mold from a leaking tile shower house inspectors missed just 3 months earlier when purchasing home. Contacted SERVPRO of South Baton Rouge and they showed up the next morning. Found the problem and explained the entire process so I was comfortable with the solution before getting started. From start to finish everone was very professional.
