I’ve used Aaron with Geaux Pro Gutters twice now. Excellent service both times. They have done extremely quick work at my house. The end product is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Would use them again without any hesitation.

From the start of meeting Aaron to give me an estimate it was easy going. Answers all questions and assured me I would be happy with his work. Day of start he advised he would be here by 6:30am.
He was. Met Brandon and he too answered questions an put me at ease even further. The gutters and down spouts look great.
They cleaned up good. Gave me a few pointers on landscaping that I hadn’t thought of yet.

Aaron did a great job installing our gutters. They look great on our house. We had a couple patches in our yard that was eroding due the way the rain fell off our house in two different areas. His recommendations met our goals (was not trying to add more than necessary) and was honest with us. These areas are no longer a problem. He was communicative, and does the work himself (not delegating it to someone else). The value seemed fair. Even our neighbors mentioned how nice the gutters look!

Aaron did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend him and his company. He even helped us run after our puppy that escaped from our yard.

Geaux Pro Gutter guys Aaron and Brandon did an excellent job. The estimate appointment with Brandon was on time, professional, very patient with me and my questions. I was pleasantly surprised by all aspects of the work done by Pinnacle to date. We have been contemplating a pool build with fencing for many, many years. I must say to date (we are almost done) the process has been seamless and we have been pleased with all utilized within the group. It was such an added bonus compared to other companies to deal with one company (Pinnacle) and have an individual contact that handled the process as opposed to several different trades we would of had to manage with other companies. From initial and continued contact with Michael, to project managers, to all staff from initial quotes/sales/clerical, they have helped us with each detail.
To name a few- if I miss you it is not intentional:
Michael has been a gem throughout the process as he answered questions of all types and walked me through things when I needed reassurance/understanding.
Steve was patient and kind, providing detail of what we needed as initial steps to get the process moving.
Steve and Bradley walked us through the contract and options/issues and I hear Bradley will continue to be an asset with his vast knowledge on pool as well moving forward, more to come as we finish build and start using equipment and maintenance.
Damian was great and provided information needed as process evolved. No doubt he will continue to be an asset as job is completed.
Trent was very helpful in assisting with many aspects (even answering me on Saturday when I was emailing early in process) and helped with fencing quotes/sales and Tyler and his team did a great job completing our fence. They were meticulous in their build and adjusted build to what I needed.
Another important aspect was pricing! Michael provided me with great information initially with options for pool and I was pleasantly surprised to find costs were so much more in line with my reality. Please note, don't be afraid of the "less expensive" option, the quality is not sacrificed! Do not pay more than you need to for a pool! Also, the build was quick. They have people and processes that get the work done in a timely manner and myself and others have been amazed at the time table. I do understand this can vary, but I believe they are the quickest I have ever heard of!

From my experience to date, Pinnacle just has the processes down to a tee and can manage all with much more efficiency!

Pinnacle Exterior has exceeded all of my expectations. I hired them to build a spa-like pool, including an outdoor kitchen.
