We had a new bulkhead installed by Pinnacle. It was completed professionally and past our expectations. Tyler was accommodating and responsive to our wants and needs, providing photos of progress while we were out of town. He even answered his cell phone on the weekend while fishing. Tyler made sure we were satisfied with the project and followed up after completion. We are well pleased with Pinnacle and their supervisor Tyler.

So very pleased with the job Pinnacle just completed for me. They built a bulkhead on our pond and the quality of work was exceptional. In addition, the crew they sent to do the job were so nice, professional, and hard working. Had to stop by and leave a review for this wonderful company and the dealings I had with them, they showed up on time ready to work and did an amazing job for me as I see so many others have had the same success with them. I had them put up a 550’ run of some beautiful 8’ treated Cedar with fascia board and a top cap with two exterior gates so I could get my zero turn in and out to my backyard with ease to mow around my property. They worked with a sense of urgency all while being thorough, with a punctuality on detail and a real sense of pride in their work, I could tell these men really did care about the product that they were building for their customer. Couldn’t recommend them enough to the next customer! They took great care to repair any yard damage and put sod down from the tractor used to reach the back of my property. Pinnacle Exterior did an amazing job on my pool/fence and sod. From the design with Steve Williams and Bradley to the installation of pool and fence with Damien Glaser and Tyler Godard everything was top notch! Their office staff were very friendly and accommodating. They handle change orders with ease and were very flexible. The electrical/plumbing contractors were top notch! We started the project in May and were swimming in June! They offer great setup support (Bradley) and answered all questions promptly. They also clean up and leave the work site tidy. I plan to have them do my outdoor kitchen in the future. Great company!

We had a bulkhead put in just recently. After getting bids from multiple companies, we landed at Pinnacle. Tyler stayed in contact with me the entire time and he always answered my texts promptly. For us, he laid out a detailed plan, invoice, and contract, which other companies did not. Although we were slightly delayed due to weather, Tyler or a rep from Pinnacle, always kept us up to date. They did a good job cleaning up and were very efficient.

Steven Sickinger did a fantastic job making sure our backyard fence was installed perfectly. He was helpful, professional, and made the process smooth for me and my husband. They were professional, quick, and did a nice job on a privacy fence with a metal gate.

I did not want the side by the house completed as I had a tree there at the time. I just had the tree cut down and stump ground.

I will let them quote me out a concrete job, finish the fence closer to my carport, and put up an iron fence. Their pricing was good and I like the 2x12 capping over the fence to protect it from tree branches that fall from my neighbors oak tree. I am very happy with their work.

Wanted to leave a quick note on our experience with Pinnacle… we had a double sided fence built by Pinnacle and then about a year later a deck and fire pit built and installed in our back yard. From the moment we called , my husband and I were impressed with how professional the business is handled at Pinnacle. We had some work done by another company a few years ago and the difference was night and day. Pinnacle sent someone out to speak with us and look at the property right away, then quickly received a professional quote via email that outlines every bit of the costs. Then the actual work itself was done oat the time scheduled and the team that came out for our fence and then for the decking were both hard working, fast, and could clearly see they knew what they were doing. We had no issues and were very very happy with all the work we have had and will for sure use Pinnacle for future needs. I would recommend this company to anyone , in fact I did recommend to a friend who used Pinnacle to design and build a backyard pool that turned out amazing . Our friends are also very happy.

Pinnacle did an amazing job replacing our bulkhead! Tyler and his guys were highly efficient. They replaced our neighbors and our bulkhead at the same time and it went so smooth. Tyler even came by a few days later to check in and see if we were pleased and if there were any overlooked soft places that needed attention. I am so glad that we went with Pinnacle, they provide quality service!

I randomly googled exterior construction in Baton Rouge and Pinnacle popped up…..I called and made an appointment. Steven and Kyle came out and helped walk me through a vision for the makeover of our outdoor living area. The price was within my budget and throughout the project Steven was amazing with communication and providing (and sticking to) a timeline for completion.
