Very much satisfied with the fence Pinnacle put in recently at our residence. From quote to end product, they have great customer service. Tyler, specifically, handled this project and was a pleasure to work with. As you can see in the picture, they left the job site clean and did a great job joining an existing 4' vinyl fence to the new privacy fence very securely so pets and kids can't escape. I'd very much recommend them and will consider them for future outdoor projects.

Every one of the many, many workers were always very polite and helpful throughout the entire process of pool (project manager Bradley expertly oversaw all phases of forming and constructing & gives great pool school), fencing (project manager Tyler ensured the gates were aligned perfectly & self-closing features were set just right, as well as supervising plenty of production happening all at the same time). Last but certainly not least, project manager Damien oversaw the buildout of a beautiful large deck (great drainage design and CoolDeck is the best). Raised Limestone walkway to pool equipment and the artificial turf installation was second-to-none. Didn't realize turf would be such a great design element; basically only thought about no grass clippings close to pool, but putting green year-round is quite a bonus. I highly recommend Pinnacle because of their constant professionalism, communication, and timeliness, also keeping work area clean & neat with safety first.

Pinnacle went above and beyond to help satisfy our needs and we absolutely love how they extended our land with the bulkhead, evening out the land to make it easy to mow the lawn. They also came out to add extra sand to flatten the ground and cover up tracks and puddles. We are very pleased with their diligence to please their customers. Highly recommend them!

I hired Pinnacle to complete some fencing, staining, and painting on my home. The first phase of the project was with Kyle who helped me visualize the proposed finished look of wood skirting and additional fencing. He started out very professional and helpful but once I paid to begin the project I could not get him to respond to me. Eventually I was connected with Tyler who managed the next phase of building the skirting and fencing. Ultimately, the skirting looked very nice and the fencing was ok but neither pre-stained the way it was intended. I was slightly bothered that Tyler did not come close the project out with me to ensure I was satisfied with the results. His crew finished and I never saw or heard from him again. The last phase was staining and painting, led by Jeremy. He was excellent and really turned my impression around. He was very accessible and professional throughout the weather delays and completion of the project and my home looks and feels so fresh and beautiful now.
Overall, I am happy with the work from this company and would recommend with a caveat of caution that the communication could be lacking.

Jon has been an amazing contractor to work with! We have used him for the last few years and have ZERO complaints. He is communicative, punctual, practical, affordable, and honest. We’ve never had to worry, and the work is GOOD. Our home has done nothing but improve since Jon and his guys came around!

The Kokesh brothers were very professional and worked with me on price and used great materials. I will definitely use them again.

Kokesh Construction was awesome. Alyx is very responsive, easy to work with, and all the sub's were the same. People have horror stories of building and increase in price, pay this, sorry about being late etc, however, my wife and I had none of those experiences. Alyx was on top of everything, stayed on her timeline and finished ahead of schedule. Yes we had a drought for most of it, but her scheduling and experience paid off. I have and will continue to recommend Alyx and Kokesh Construction to everyone. Thanks for everything and we love our new house!

Before we started this entire process, we were warned how difficult it would be. Alyx made our new build process go extremely smoothly. She communicated well and was always open to any questions from us. She was extremely efficient at build itself and was actively on site regularly. A couple of things were not done according to the plans and were corrected immediately. This seems inevitable considering how complex it is to build a house. Her subs were great. Each was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their craft. I was very worried about having to pick everything out. The people she used were amazing. I have zero complaints about Alyx and her crew. She did an awesome job, and I would highly recommend her in the future.

Alyx Kokesh did a fantastic job on building our new house! She was(is) very well organized and managed the construction process perfectly. She worked with us to find areas within the design that reduced costs but maintained the look and functionality of what we were trying to build.

Mr. Marland I met him in 2017 after I had 2 contractors wasn't doing a good job on my house after the 2016 flood. One of my church members contacted me and said that Marland did a beautiful job on her house so I decided to give him a call. After I Letting go my old contacted, Marland came and talk with me and my husband about what he can do after he seen the house and ask me a few questions about permits and what he seen he explain to us that he couldn't do anything to our house until we get the permits people to come and look at the house and get a paperwork put in the window. So after I went downtown and did the paperwork for the permits what the other contractor didn't tell me to do and I thank Marland and after he got his man in my house and I said about 2 months we was back inl Marland and his crew who I really enjoyed Mr. Ventura and his man. I would have gotten him in the be beginning of getting my house done I would have save alot of time and money because they did a wonderful and some beautiful work on my house ( I say brand new house) Thank you so much A-1 Construction Company.

Needed a new roof for a long time now, but didn't think I could afford it. A-1 reached out to me and explained how I could get my roof done with no out of pocket. I didn't really understand at first, but Ellie explained everything so well over the phone. I decided to go with them, and they literally did everything for me with my insurance, the paperwork, everything. They made everything happen so quickly and efficiently, and I have a brand new roof now. These guys are definitely the way to go. If you even think you might need any roof repair/replacement, I'd definitely recommend A-1. So professional, patient, and the quality of work was amazing.

Marland and his team did an excellent job! We moved across the country and had some odd end jobs and trim work to be done for our home to be listed on the market pretty quickly. They worked with my realtor and knocked out everything. Communication was excellent through out the whole process. They were very fair with their pricing. I wish I would’ve hired these guys before I moved out!
