Pinnacle Exterior Construction did a FANTASTIC job building our 90 foot bulkhead. Very professional and finish the job in a very timely manner! Steve Sinkinger our contact was outstanding. Great follow up and very good keeping us updated on the protect. We had such a great experience with Pinnacle that they are now going to build an addition to our backyard patio! Nothing but glowing experience with Steve and Pinnacle!

Pinnacle did our concrete, patio cover, fence, and even repurposed our old pavers from where we did the patio. They did an amazing job and will definitely be using them again for any and all future construction needs!

Before getting a quote from Pinnacle we had gotten one other quote. The cost was almost 50% more and the sales folks seemed to be going through the motions and offered no input or ideas. We were discouraged to a point that we were almost ready to give up on the idea. We decided to contact Pinnacle to at least get one more quote and when their sales folks showed up, they were not only enthusiastic but very informative and collaborative on ideas as well. We went from being discouraged about the process to excited and optimistic!

The whole team was professional from beginning to end and we are very pleased with the way everything came out. We did have a minor problem or two, but they were very responsive and quick to correct the issues. Overall, they worked with us very closely to make sure that we ended up with a product we were happy with.

Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to put in a pool!

Chip was my project manager and he was great to work with. I had a batting cage built in a two car garage and my family couldn’t be happier. It’s perfect for my 7 and 9 year old sons. If we end up building a bigger cage outdoors we will certainly be hiring pinnacle again!

Honest and communicative construction companies are hard to find. I spoke with multiple companies before having a friend recommend Pinnacle for my bulkhead, fence, and outdoor project. Steven was on time for our appointment, and even called when he was on the way - certainly not necessary, but was greatly appreciated. He listened to our issues and our vision, then made recommendations based on our conversation, which was very beneficial and saved us money while still achieving our preferred outcome for the project. I’m an engineer, and called 3 other companies about our bulkhead - Steven was the only one that could explain in engineering detail why it was necessary, and what was truly causing the erosion problem in our backyard. The entire project turned out great, and we will be calling Steven and Pinnacle in the future for additional projects. Job well done, and thank you!!

Outstanding Bulkhead replacement from Pinnacle! Steven Sickinger met with me and explained very well the whole process and gave me a reasonable price to do the replacement. He explained how the new correct quality material and installation would last me for years. Tyler Godard came out with his work crew, instructed them, and they knew exactly what to do all in a professional way. Both Steven & Tyler communicated with me during the whole process. Pinnacle just put in stone tile and a small turfed area on our patio and it came out better than we expected. Additionally, the crew worked very hard and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Great experience working with Christian throughout. We couldn’t be happier with Pinnacle and our new patio!

Pinnacle built a 110’ bulkhead along our lake at my home. I must have asked Christian a thousand questions and he was patient, professional and knowledgeable. His crew came in and had it built in two days. They were fast and we’re cutting jokes and smiling the whole time. My bullhead has been up almost a year and looks as good as the day they installed it. 50 year warranty on the panels and 10 years on the wood. No other company could come close to that warranty. I occasionally have questions and they still are patient and answer them in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and brag on them all the time!!!!

Pinnacle did an awesome job building my fence then just came back to apply a beautiful oil stain and it looks amazing the color is perfect! Steven was excellent with communicating the quote the options and made sure I was kept informed throughout the process. Great Customer Service I would highly recommend.

The owners Shane and Ellen were very considerate with our concerns and were very responsive to call to what we felt was an emergency concern. The office staff Emily was responsive to needs when no one was available and follow up to make sure it would get done. Bradley during pool school represented the company very well and made sure we were satisfied with our product and answered the millions of questions without hesitation. Micheal the project manager was adaptive to our changing requests and concerns throughout the process. Damien made sure all concrete and surrounding was exactly how we wanted it because it could not be redone with multiple phone call and approvals. We never felt as if we were bothering or annoying them. All calls and requests were taken care of in a professional manner with patience as this was our first pool we have ever constructed.

Would have like to have more updates throughout the process and a notice that all patio furniture should be removed during construction. But overall pleased with the product and the price was the best and fair comparable to the outrageous quotes I received beforehand.

Came and offered me a fair, transparent price for new fencing, worked with my permit to get it exactly how I wanted, and executed a fairly large run of fence in under two days with weather. They also were able to schedule me 2-3 weeks before other vendors and provided good communication throughout.

Very satisfied! Steven Sickinger came out to our home to give us a quote on a new fence. I mentioned that we were having trouble with our pool and that we were looking for someone to help with pool maintenance as soon as possible. He had someone come out the very same day.
