*Insurance Claim Experience*

Harry and Heather go above and beyond for their clients. They recently helped me with my house repair after hurricane Delta in Baton Rouge, LA. A fallen tree damaged my roof, exterior wall, AC unit, bedroom, living room, gutters, and fences! It was a mess!

I'm so lucky that I found Harry to help me with all of these items. Going through an insurance claim is a very frustrating, stressful and time consuming process but Harry and Heather were there for me in every step of the way and fully communicated with the insurance (three different adjusters!). They acquired anything in-kind or better than what I had for both exterior and interior sides. They made a lot of good suggestions while doing the repairs that turned my repair job to a remodeling job for some items... with no additional cost to me! This is because they care about what they do and they want to have a result that they would be proud of. I'm very pleased with their suggestions and the final result and the fact that they took care of all different items for me like it was their own property.

At first, I was reluctant in hiring a general contractor to do the repairs for me. I was getting three different quotes from roof contractors, interior/exterior contractors, fence guys, etc. This was very time consuming specially for people like me that work full-time. So, I decided to call few general contractors that had good online reviews hoping I find someone that had the man-power and expertise to take care of all these for me. The day Harry and Heather came by my house to look at the property, assess the extent of the damages, and discuss the claim with me, I knew I had found my heroes! Harry always says "we are on your side" and he is right.

Brothers Construction are super professional, courteous and do excellent work. We met Harry and Heather and their team initially for a room/ mother in law suite addition to our home. They were very attentive to our questions and concerns. They made great designing suggestions to achieve what we needed while also staying in our budget. We also had them replace our roof when they noticed severe hail damage to it. Harry and Heather helped us navigate that process and even met with the adjuster when he came to inspect our roof. Brothers Construction Company relieved the Pressure we felt by the devastation of hurricanes Laura and Delta. Heather Flynn and Harry Wells were very responsive to our many repair needs. They arranged for our new roof, resided our home, reattached gutters and supervised a new car port, and drop sheds on the barn. That was just the outside!! Their experienced crew fixed areas of ceiling,floors and walls that needed repair. They are both a joy to work with. All was completed in a cost effective ,efficient manner. Brother's construction was easy to work with. Harry was great to talk to and was able to come out quickly and complete the job well before the other guys were even able to come out and give me a quote. The repair to the chimney was done quickly, and done well. Not only did it stop the leak, but it also really improved the look of the house. To be honest, I have used Brothers Construction in the past. The reasons I come back to them are many, the competency of their management staff, the expertise of their workers, and the dedication to their customers and the project.
I had a repainting and replacement of some trim around the house. Not only did they explained what needed to be done with the trim but a way to bring the trim out more to look more finished and special. Their craftsman was more than up to the job and exceeded expectations.
I wanted to changed the trim color on the house and porches and I told want I wanted to match and they brought the correct color and even informed me that it would be a little more expense because of the drastic change from light to dark.
Talking to management, I did inform them that I had taken a fall in the night and suggest hall railings and shower bars that would make my life safer.
All their management and workers were friendly and would answer any question I had but they are hardworking and experts at their professions. They would get here before 8 a.m. and get everything ready for the day and not leave until everything that needed to be done that day to keep on schedule even if they had to work until dark.
I recommend this company for any project that you want done right the first time by professional craftsman that truly care about their work.

Brother's Construction came to my rescue solved a siding problem nobody wanted to address employee Carl was very meticulous in his work. Very thankful for a job well done. Harry Wells was very conscientious with the tasks that needed to be performed and hands on throughout the entire process.

They just repainted my house and repaired some rotten siding, window casings, and modified a gutter and some metal flashing! Fair pricing and very quality workmanship! Highly recommend!

Two years ago, my wife and I decided to do some home renovations. We started with the bathrooms. We hired a local contractor who will remain nameless. From day one, it was a disaster. Each new day brought new problems, aggravation, and mounting stress. On some days, no one even showed up to work. From day one, the construction team was here on time and ready to work. Their knowledge and talent astounded me. There was no obstacle too large, no problem that couldn't be resolved. Every task performed was done without cutting corners. There was no "good enough" attitude. Their work was as meticulous as though they were working on their own home projects. They were always cordial and respectful of us, our property...and even our dogs, who eagerly greeted them at the gate each morning.
Thanks to Heather for her energy and impeccable taste in picking colors and materials. It made the project so much easier, and fun, too! And thanks to the construction crew, especially Dale and Bob, for their incredible know-how and unwavering dedication to perfection. We were genuinely sad to see the project end. We enjoyed each day with their smiling faces and outstanding suggestions!
