Well, things didn't go as planned. UBA didn't show to to replace my air system. It had something to do with a prepayment that they required before doing the work. I'm guessing that they didn't trust me enough to pay for the work when completed. I have never had to prepay for any work to be done. You complete the work, I pay you for the agreed cost. It's just that simple.
I consider that bad business. My biggest problem is you didn't trust me. 🤔

This was my 2nd time using UBA and both times I used UBA through my home warranty company. This time I was so distraught because my a/c was out and after requesting a tech I contacted UBA directly to see if they had an earlier date for the technician to come out. The customer service rep was very friendly and helpful and tried her best to get me a sooner date but couldn't. When the tech did arrive on his scheduled date he called prior to arrival, was very courteous and professional. My issue was resolved fully! No complaints here.

UBA Heating and Cooling Technician Mr.Jaylon Ard was very Pleasant,Knowledgeable and Skilled he completed the work in a timely and efficient manner.

Jaylon and his partner worked diligently on getting my duct vents cleaned, I had to have my drip pan replaced and a few other things. All was done with a smile both men were professional and considerate.

Rob and Jaylon came this afternoon to take care of some issues that we had with our heat pump. They arrived early which was great! They were both very professional and courteous and got the job done without any issues! I really like this company and plan to continue using them ! Highly recommend them! Braylon came this morning and he was quick and efficient! He gave me the news and explained things very thoroughly and had a quote in no time at all! Again, a great company to deal with!

Easy going personality, not pushy, good pics of the problems and recs to fix it.

The men from UBA have be great from start to finish and even follow up. Our entire system had to be replaced and they gave us multiple options to fit our home. I would highly recommend these guys and super friendly.

Horrible company!!! Came to fix my AC and broke my thermostat. They wouldn’t come back to fix what they broke. If I’m being completely honest, I’m glad they didn’t bc the tech was on the phone the entire time asking someone else what to do. They also left the capacitor they replaced it a cardboard box inside the unit. Pretty sure that’s a potential fire hazard. AVOID this company!!!

Very professional... Our service technician Myrio walked us through everything that was going on with our unit, our filters, and also showed me the problem that i was having and insured us that he can take care of it. I truly appreciate the quality time that was put in and the excellent work that came after, any questions I had he would answer them to the best of his knowledge and I truly appreciate that... I would 100% recommend this company and most definitely this service technician to anyone in need of ac work. No thanks!! I don’t need your services ever again!! American Home Shield requested that I get a second opinion. They sent TCA HVAC LLC to come to my home on June 14 , 2023 to evaluate why my unit wasn’t working properly. TCA HVAC found out that the screw on the evaporator coil wasn’t properly tightened, by your technicians who installed the evaporator coil on June 12th 2023, which caused the Freon to leak out. This was the reason my home wasn’t cooling inside. Additionally, they had to remove the liquid residue from the evaporator coil resulting from the screw not being properly tightened by your workers. The TCA HVAC technicians said that they would report their evaluation to American Home Shield. Furthermore, they thoroughly expected my unit outside and said that the compressor is working good and that the air is flowing good through the copper pipe,so your technicians were absolutely wrong regarding their diagnosis of the issue. Lastly, TCA HVAC technicians cleaned and hosed down my AC unit, so that it would continue running efficiently. Thank you TCA HVAC for your expertise!!
