Honest and responsive! Trusted with servicing my aging commercial building for over eight years

These people are scammers and liers. They rip my elderly mom off! They use outdated equipment and charge high fees. Lied about services needed to be done to both heating and air conditioning units. I advise anyone not to get services from here.BEWARE!!!!!!!😠

I called them last week when my air went out and they were able to come out within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience from start to finish and reasonably priced. Thanks again for your help and Great service.

We called A&K on a Saturday when our A/C went out. They arrived fast, were honest, and gave us excellent service. Will definitely recommend them to everyone we know. We won't be calling any other company to work on our unit.

Liars! Stated that my AC unit was undersized for my home (I did research and had other professionals resure me that it is correct size) and priced me for new, bigger unit and try to presure me into a 'now' decision. Then stated my unit holds 10 lbs of freon, capacity is not even 4 lbs, then charged me for 5 lbs. then stated that freon would fix my AC, 2 hours later I am sweating and had to deal with that all night. Then they send me a bill, I call them and leave voicemail, still have not had phone call returned in weeks. Do not do business with these con artists

Couldn't have asked for a better company/person to come out! Thank you Mr. Terry for being so professional and respectful with my wife and grandmother. The service you offered at a moments notice was way past excellent and went above and beyond to ensure we were up and running with a correct and permanent fix to our air conditioner.

Do NOT hire this company. They were the installer and servicer for our AC unit that had multiple coil leaks on a Brand New system after 14 months. When called to troubleshoot they recharged system and did not even look to see why a brand new system was almost empty of refrigerant. After finding problem and coils being under warranty they wanted 600-800$ to replace warranty parts. Their lead foreman Terry could not have been more vague and rude about scheduling and appointment times. Denham Springs has plenty of good AC companies out there. This this definitely NOT one of them.

I have used A & K for about 45 years to maintain 9 air conditioners. I knew these guys well. I can trust Kerry's recommendations. They are honest, reliable, and fix the problem.

I would recommend A & K Heating and Air without reservation. Our problem was a bit of a challenge. The technicians, Tony, Matt, and Kerry, were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They took time to look at our unique issue , offered us a plan that would be cost effective, and provided us with the best equipment at a price that we could afford. Fair, Honest, Reliable and Efficient. I would definitely use A &K for my air conditioning needs in the future

Kerry ( the owner) was very professional, kind and honest - I am very pleased with the work his crew performed in replacing my main Carrier 3-Ton AC unit for the price. Trust is a hard thing to build - I've been ripped off blind by other companies before in the past. I trust this man and his company and at this point, they are my "go-to" AC guys for Baton Rouge. He's a straight shooter and did exactly what he said they would do. I am thoroughly pleased and I highly recommend this company.

Steve is a great AC guy. Both Steve and Dean his coworker are down to earth people. They are Very knowledgeable and honest and will go the extra mile to get your system running. Once you are one of his customers he will be there to fix any problems quickly as possible.

I highly recommend airwise hvac solutions. Very professional, honest and most of all trustworthy. They came out quick and got my ac system back up and running before my house became a sauna. Also they are locally owned and operated.

Sammy and his wife both have excellent work ethics. When they tell you they will do something they stick to it. Fast, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.

I had an issue with my AC on a Friday afternoon THREE DAYS AFTER I had another company come “fix” my AC issue. I called AirWise and they had their technician Sammy out to my house within 3 hours and found not only my AC issue but also a leak that if not found, would have damaged my ceiling! To say I am grateful for them is an understatement!
