I recommend Annison-Bitter to anyone in need of fast, friendly, professional service work. Holden did a great job and had us cool in no time! Our new unit replaces a very old one that struggled the last few years, it’s like night and day the difference. I can hardly hear it running in the house at all. Thank y’all so much!

We arrived home at 9 pm from a vacation and found our house 84 degrees. AC had completely kicked the bucket. I called Bitter and they immediately brought out 4 window units to get me through until they could fix it. After having the whole unit replaced, things still weren’t working right. Before I could call them to come check it out, the new unit flooded the bathroom below it. It turns out it was a faulty unit and not Bitter’s fault. They completely replaced it with another new unit, and had the Sheetrock and paint redone. It was quite a mess and hassle, but Bitter communicated and took care of me every step of the way. I hope I don’t have to call an HVAC company for another decade, but if I do I know who it’ll be.

Nick did a fantastic job repairing my air conditioner. He was prompt, professional, and fixed the issue quickly. Highly recommend!

I had called for service and got prompt acknowledgment from a service technician with a diagnosis and repair estimate within 30 minutes of appointment. A follow up call by Tim was professional and exceptional. Great folks to do business.

I called several local companies to help me install my new Nest thermostat, and went with Annison-Bitter since they were BY FAR the most knowledgeable about the device. Within 24 hours of calling, Tim and Caleb, the technicians, were able to come out to my house. Both were very friendly and great to work with. Tim is a fellow techie and had it installed in no time. He knew everything about the Nest, and was able to give me an excellent tutorial.

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company!

The technician was courteous and efficient. He serviced interior and exterior units. In addition, he did small things that I’ve never received in a service call. He cleaned return air grills and checked batteries in the thermostats. I appreciate the extra effort!

Upon arrival Dusty, introduced himself , and started inspection process. Very professional , knowledgeable, and answered any questions about both systems. Would give Dusty a 5, however process a 3. Office twice promised a window of service that was not met. A simple phone call stating technician would be late by 90 minutes and another time by 35 minutes.

The technician was polite and professional. He fixed our issue and explained everything in layman's terms afterwards.

Whether it’s routine maintenance or 10:00 am on a Sunday morning in August and the AC is out they provide timely, thorough, and friendly service. I’ve been a customer since my home was built in 2001 - wouldn’t call anyone else!
