We have been using this company for a few years now. We used them to install our AC unit and we are on their maintenance plan. Each time we have called them we talk to someone on the phone and a tech calls us back within the hour if needed, even on the weekends. I like how friendly, professional and attentive they are to our needs. I would recommend to anyone needing their services.

The technician was very professional and nice. I had my yearly maintenance and cleaning and he took his time and cleaned both units very well. Bitter Heating and Air installed our system on this home 27 years ago and they are the only company that has ever worked on our heating and air units. Very trustworthy.

House was serviced this morning and a wire was put in the incorrect spot in one of the units. Upstairs was running at 80 when set to 68. They sent Hudson at 9:00 at night to come check it out and he fixed the problem. Amazing. Not many companies would do this.

This company is a 5 star business by far. We had an issue with our air-conditioner when we got home from a two week vacation so we called Bitter Heating and Air, they sent Shane right over . He was so efficient and knowledgeable of the problem with our air conditioner and repaired it in a speedy manner. I highly recommend them!

Shane was prompt and very courteous. He found the problem fairly rapid and ordered the parts. Service was the same as usual great.

We had our AC go out late in the day on a Friday. The technician responded quickly and took his time to make sure we were up and running before he left. Excellent service even on a Friday evening!

The employees really make this business stand out. During the rough in of my new construction I quickly knew I made the right decision going with them. The trim out was just the icing on the cake. Their employees are very responsive and pay attention to detail. Their hard duct work in my attic has gotten praise from other subs who see HVAC work on a daily basis. Great service!

I purchased a 3 1/2 ton unit and furnace from this company and in less than a year and a half it stopped cooling my home. I had someone come out and all they did was clean my unit out and charged my wife $100.00 for that and of course that did not fix the problem! If I would have been home they would not have got that $100!! Finally got someone to come back out a couple of weeks later, checked a couple of things, said it was fixed, it was not! Over 80 degrees in my home for 3 months now and no one will come back out and fix it. The unit is still under warranty! I am contacting an attorney and I guess I will have no choice but to sue the company.
