I called CPR because my HVAC system went out. They responded immediately and had someone out within an hour. Jeramie was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He gave us an extremely reasonable quote on a new system. He brought us window units so we were not hot that night and was at our home changing the system out by 8:30 the next morning. They were very easy to work with and very honest and trustworthy. CPR will be our go to from now on. Thanks for all yalls hard work.

We've been using C.P.R. for a little over a year now and have been extremely happy. From repairing issues, doing maintenance, and replacing a unit, they have been very responsive and professional. Last weekend, even though my go to person, Tim, was out of town, he had someone quickly reach out to me and come by on a Saturday before a major holiday to at least get us back up and running until the repair could be completed. Shout out to Mason and Zach for taking care of us while Tim was out, providing the same high level of communication and promptness. Very satisfied with their excellent service!

We called CPR and they sent out a man, I think his name was Tim (sorry if I got that incorrect), and he was wonderful. He explained everything he did thoroughly to my husband who was in the attic with him (he likes to be hands on as he's a technician of a different type and loves to know how things work). When it came down to it, we had to replace the indoor unit in the attic and it was decided that they would come out the next day and do the install. The price was on par with what we were expecting. Mason and Jace (I think his name was Jace, again, apologies if I am wrong!) were prompt and incredibly polite!! Those guys were so clean during the install! They laid drop clothes from my front door all the way down the hall under the attic. When they were done, they cleaned up and swept! We were quoted a total install time of 4-5 hours. It took UNDER 3 HOURS!! It was amazing!!! Mason was awesome. He was efficient, and very easy to talk to. After it was over, he was patient while we handled an issue with our bank capping the ATM card. He and I had a good conversation and he is awesome. Totally loved having him and Jace here. They both were so good at their job. We will DEFINITELY be using CPR when we do yearly maintenance (learned that lesson!!!) and when we replace our outdoor unit in a year or two. DO NOT HESITATE to call this company!! They are wonderful and arrive on time!! I cannot say enough good things about them!!!

My first experience with CPR and I will definitely call them again if I ever have ac/heat problems! I called them on a Saturday morning and within thirty minutes they were at my house. Very professional!

Came immediately, went above and beyond with fixing the unit and making it more efficient. Ther are great.

The owner, Bryan, returned my call within 10 minutes of leaving a message and was at my house within 30. We have a 2 yo unit, so figured it would be fairly quick. The issue was a little more involved, but he got it fixed and it was apparent he was thorough. Very responsive and professional. Definitely our go-to A/C repair company!

Helpful, thorough, down to earth people who are always there for you and get the job done. Sometimes a bit of delay during summer (which is understandable) but they do a good job with communication and repairs. Just found out they also handle water heaters and foam insulation.

Bruce came to check my a/c for the summer. It was low on freon and he took care of it. He was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. He was also courteous and professional. I will be calling on CPR for my a/c and heat issues in the future.

Bruce came out after hours and went above and beyond to get us back on line. I can’t express how thankful I am for Bruce and CPR!!

I awoke to a burning smell coming from the indoor unit so we gave these guys a call. Bryan was on time, courteous, and professional. He stuck with me when blower motor after blower motor blew out as he installed them and only charged me for the first of a grand total of 5 blower motors. The issue turned out to be due to squirrels chewing the neutral power line going to my home. I also had an issue with my A-coil dripping onto the components down below. Bryan replaced the A coil out of the goodness of his heart and never asked me for a cent (not to mention he replaced several relays and switches that were blown out from the increased voltage and recharged my system with Freon all free of charge). Long story short we are back up and running and the place is way colder than before it blew out. Definitely give these guys a call. He could have charged me 3000 dollars plus for the week of work he put in on my unit but I paid only a fraction of that. You won’t find another company that will treat you like CPR. This interaction renewed my faith that there are good people left out there. These will be our guys from now on because they are COOLING PEOPLE RIGHT! 🫡

The CPR team was knowledgeable and professional. They gave an honest diagnosis despite other companies trying to upsell, listened to my needs, and replaced our old deteriorating ductwork with high quality materials that will last for decades. New equipment is airtight and beautifully installed to code. Bryan and co take a lot of pride in their work, and our house is much more comfortable as a result of their efforts.

Excellent top notch across the board service. Down home service with a smile. Professionalism they know their job, and they do an honest job. If you like friendly service with a smile CPR will get you going again. I definitely recommend CPR for all your service needs .🌞

Very professional, on time and responded quickly. Each worker was friendly, and were careful with our home(putting down drop cloths where necessary). Explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood all aspects of the installation of the new unit. Bryon and his team were courteous, and we couldn’t be happier with their work and service!

I called in at 5 pm when we noticed that our outside unit wasn't running and the house was getting warm. Bruce called me back within 15 minutes and had the problem fixed by 6:30 pm. You can't beat fast, courteous, affordable service. Kudos to CPR AC & Heat, we'll definitely be calling back.
