The blower on my AC stopped working at 5:30 pm on Saturday. I called CPR right away and received a response shortly thereafter that Jeremy was scheduled to come at 10:00 on Sunday morning. Impressive! Jeremy diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. In addition, he was friendly and professional. More businesses need to be like CPR - responsive, experienced, professional and courteous. Thank you, Jeremy!

Use these guys first!!!! After dealing with One Hour Heating and Air (don’t deal with them) and the damage done to my home by their shoddy work, it was so wonderful and refreshing to work with CPR. Brian Culpepper, Tim Winter and (I have forgotten the third man’s name! (Devon? Darren?)) They were professional, efficient and cleaned my house up after the duct work was completely replaced. Turns out all my neighbors use them too! Now I know why! Good job guys! Worth a 5 star review for sure!

A.C. was not running when I got home from work, and Bryan was able to get it fixed the same day. He stayed until after dark to ensure the unit was up and running. Pure class and professionalism from the guys at C.P.R.

Tim the sales guy was very through, professional, and patient with us as we walked through the progression of our house hold system.
Tim also brought the install and maintenance crew into our home. He was amazing with these young men and they were very professional while working in our home. The results are “pretty cool” in our home. I will buy from them when time comes to replace our ACunit because of this positive experience. I would (& have)100% recommend this company. I have used CPR since 2008. They are and awesome company and have always responded when I needed help. I give their name to everyone I know.

Called CPR on a Wednesday morning and they had someone out to look at my AC that afternoon. Problem diagnosed and solution decided on in under an hour. Had a crew out the next morning at 9:30am to replace our Air Handler. They were polite, clean and efficient. Laid down drop cloths in working areas and had a broom to clean up anything else. Done before 1:30. Options and pricing were presented in a transparent and honest manner. Can not recommend this company strongly enough. Wonderful work.

We used other companies in the past that could not get our air conditioner to perform correctly. We called C,P,R A/C & Heat and Jeremy Hebert came out and in no time found the problem and fixed us right up. Very polite and knowledgeable. Amazing company! Thank you so much. After living in our new house a short while, we discovered we had heating and air problems. We contacted C.P.R. and they immediately came to our rescue and have taken care of us on several occasions since then. All of their technicians have been very pleasant and knowledgeable.
As a V.I.P. member with C.P.R., their annual seasonal inspection indicated we had serious and dangerous problems with our heating unit. The very next morning Jeremy and the owner of the company came and completely changed the unit. They were prompt, friendly and efficient and by that afternoon, just before the hard freeze hit Baton Rouge, we once again had heat.
These days, it’s hard to find contractors to do anything, so we appreciated how quickly they addressed our problem. We highly recommend C.P.R. A/C & Heat!

Our furnace went out, and I reached out to C.P.R. Based on their excellent service and support in past HVAC needs. Bryan and his team installed a new Goodman furnace and evaporator coil, and they did s great job. The new system is efficient, quiet and awesome. If you are looking for a great HVAC provider, do yourself a favor and check out C.P.R. - they do a great job!

I submitted an inquiry to CPR and the very same day, Tim was calling me to get more information. The very next day he came out and did a thorough check of the system to confirm that our suspicions of needing an additional air return installed were true. While here, he was able to troubleshoot a few other issues that would help our unit be more efficient. The price was below what we thought it would be and the guys who came out to perform the work were great! Very personable people, clean, and they perform great work! I'm still trying to figure out how they cut a hole in my ceiling to place the air return and managed to not get any debris around my room. Nice job, guys!

Bryan at CPR has provided excellent AC advice and repairs for my family since the early 2000s. That’s when we were out of state, and our house sitter reported to us that the AC stopped. Based on a recommendation from a friend, we called CPR, and Bryan showed up at our house around 9pm that night to fix the issue - which he did. We have been loyal to him and his team ever since then. Over the years he has provided advice and no pressure on ways to repair or replace any AC issue we’ve had.

Called at 8 A/C repaired and running at 10:30 in the middle of summer I call that a win. Bruce was very respectful and efficient.
