Great service! They are very professional, show up on time, go over different options in a no pressure and educational manner. I have used them on several of my homes and will continue to have them as a first choice for all my HVAC needs.

Had a system issue late Saturday evening, called Mikayla w/ Wilkins Services early Sunday morning & she quickly dispatched a technician, Russell, who quickly diagnosed the issue & got my unit repaired. Highly recommend!

Always friendly, do a good job, and are customer oriented. Have always addressed any issues with my AC in a timely manner and haven’t tried to talk me into stuff or services that I didn’t need.

Can’t say enough good things about Wilkins Services Heating & Air! Kyle and Taylor were amazing installing our new AC system. Kyle came out on a Sunday shortly after we called to diagnose why our previous AC that came with the home wasn’t working anymore, and without us asking, he went back to their shop and brought us a big window unit so we wouldn’t be miserable in this Louisiana heat until the new system could be replaced the next day. That kind of fast response and care is hard to find, and it meant so much to us!

Taylor and Kyle did a great job on the install, and as always and expected Adam kept in touch the whole time to make sure everything was done right. Once we got the price I asked Adam if it could be installed tomorrow and even with a full schedule he made it happen! We’ve used Wilkins for years for both our home and our business AC needs, and they’ve always been reliable and quick to respond whenever we need them. We’ll definitely keep using them for years to come. Truly a great company with awesome people.

This is the best HVAC I have worked with, so far.
Ms. Michelle, who is the office manager, is the sweetest, and cheerful lady. She is awesome, very kind, helpful, and right away sent a technician, Mr. Adam, to help fix my condenser that stopped cooling.
Adam is a knowledgeable, and qualified tech. He quickly diagnosed the problem of my condenser, while a previous company had failed. The same day, he sent Taylor, another very good tech to fill the bottle with Freon.
Both technicians were courteous, kind, and made me feel like a valued customer.
I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable, affordable, and excellent company.

I called Wilkins for a maintenance/cleaning/inspection for a/c unit. Ben came and impressed me with his knowledge and thoroughness. He took his time and was methodical. He went over everything he did and found, the good and not so good. I felt like I was being treated right. If you need service of this sort you would do well to call Wilkins.

Ben was able to arrive early for our appointment on a Sunday afternoon. He quickly identified and corrected the problem, installed the new thermostat that we had requested. I highly recommend Wilkins Services.

Carlise heating and air is the best. My air wasn't working and he came out within an hour got it fixed. Very nice, courteous and honest. Very reasonably priced too.
