My air conditioner went out this morning. I called several places that didn’t answer, call me back or wouldn’t quote prices. I called Wilkins services. Makayla was on call. She was so sweet and answered all my questions.She sent me text to let me know the time the technician Adam would arrive. He listened to all my concerns and very quickly found my problem.Adam did a great job and his main concern was to get my air running cool and comfortable again. I recommend this company and am so happy to find someone I feel comfortable with knowing they have my best interest in mind.

We had Wilkins come out and do some work on both of our units. Cleanings and replacing some parts that were under warranty. Adam and Chad were very efficient and transparent in the pricing. I feel like we got a job well done for a reasonable price. After being ripped of by some other companies I feel very happy that we found Wilkins. Chad came out late on a Friday so that we didn't have to suffer thru this weekend. Awesome customer service!!

Kyle and his team did a fantastic job replacing our 2 Ton HVAC system. Showed me how the system worked and made sure the area was cleaned before they left. Appreciate it.

The whole experience went smoothly. From the initial contact the estimate. They answered questions and explained what they would be doing. The unit was ordered and I stalled within days of approving the estimate.
The installers were professional and cleaned everything up and made sure the unit was performing as it should.

Every time that I call them, they are fast to respond, fast to diagnose, fast to complete the repair, and they are reasonably priced. Makayla in the office is amazing. She explains how long it will be until she has an eta. She ALWAYS sticks to her word with the eta and the technicians are right on time!

Today, when my capacitor went out, they rushed over to get it repaired. When Aaron, the technician, arrived, it was pouring down raining. Thunder cracks, rain coming down like God's own personal forest fire extinguisher, the whole 9.

So when Aaron got there, did he just turn around and go home? No way!
This guy asked me if I had an umbrella. He was willing to stand in a monsoon and get this repair done with an UMBRELLA!

When I got my 10x10 canopy out, he helped me get it set up and he was done with the diagnosing and with the repair in less than 10 minutes.

Impressive is an understatement!

I was having problems with my unit and called Wilkins. When I called, it was pretty late in the evening so they got someone over as soon as possible the next day. The technician they sent out was Mr. Aaron. He was very open with everything and communication couldn’t have been better. He made me aware of all of my options and made sure I understood everything. Great technician and great company. 100% recommend!

When our AC went out in the middle of this brutal heat wave, Wilkins Services Heating and Air came to the rescue - fast! This is the only company that understood about cleaning up for mold inside the air conditioner system. I like that they text and tell you of the appointment you just made; also they tell you when they’re coming with a text the day of. It took two guys and they worked efficiently together asked for help if needed like where the hose is that kind of thing.

Came home to a hot house. Called Wilkins and they sent someone over right away, tech was here less than an hour! Felt bad had to come right when a storm came thru. Ben was able to find the issue fast and fix the problem now I’m enjoying some cool air!! So not ready for a new ac yet but will call Wilkins when need one! Thanks!!

Ben and Taylor with Wilkins Services came by today to perform maintenance and repairs on my AC system and were great to work with. Extremely courteous and professional, explained everything in terms I could understand and answered questions that I had. They even vacuumed up some attic insulation that came down on the floor when the attic door was opened. Not sure what to say. We purchased a maintenance plan for yearly cleanings and discounts on repairs. The Freon was a little low but none was added. He gave us 3 estimates, one for minimal replacements or repair of some equipment for 10k, one for definite replacement of the furnace, plenum and a few other things for 18k, then the proactive estimate for 26k. The AC was just replaced in 2020? We just bought the house 7/31/2025. Had an inspection that showed the drip plan needed to be replaced. With that being said, we will keep the maintenance plan that is already paid for. The furnace needed replaced so we got 2 other estimates. The ductwork is being cleaned next, not replaced, and the below work was done for less than than 10k. Very nice guy but it really makes me wonder. We had a licensed and insured HVAC contractor to do the work, he has very little overhead unlike a larger company.

Steve was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We signed up for the maintenance agreement. Our unit is six years old and needed some TLC. Steve was fantastic and the ladies in the office were too! Easy to setup appointment and they were on time. Said a time and the hit that time target. Very Happy!
