Mr. Cavin came to check out our AC that stopped working overnight. Responded quickly and diagnosed the issue in less than an hour. This is my second time using Cavins and I will definitely continue to use him in the future.

My experience has always been outstanding. Today I got home and my A/C was running but it wasn’t cooling. I called and Michelle had Ben headed right to me. Ben was professional, knowledgable, and did quality work. He made sure to explain things clearly and had the A/C cooling in no time!! These guys are the best! Chad has a great group and team and I will recommend wilkins every chance I can!

I'll be honest. I saw all 5 star reviews and it made me nervous. However, I called on Friday afternoon and they sent Ryan out to me within the hour. He was wonderful, didn't upsell me, and found the problem incredibly fast. He had everything he needed in his truck, and made sure that everything was running properly before he left. He even went the extra mile and checked in with me Saturday morning to make sure nothing happened overnight. Thanks Ryan for a great job!

After years of trouble with an old HVAC system in our house, my wife and I bought a new system for the downstairs area from Wilkins. Installation was done promptly and professionally. There were a couple of small issues with the system after installation, but Wilkins came over and fixed the problems.

The A/C ran perfectly all summer long. When the weather turned cooler, my wife and I noticed the heater wasn’t heating. Again, Wilkins came out and determined that a part was needed. When the part arrived a couple of days later, Wilkins returned to our house, installed the part, and stayed to make sure the heater was working properly.

The two techs who most recently came over to deal with the heating issue went well above and beyond to help with an issue totally unrelated to HVAC systems. I’ll never forget that and will always be appreciative.

Best in the business! Chad & his crew are truly top notch. My drain pan overflowed at 5:00pm on a Friday, Mikayla & Adam promptly got me scheduled. Jacob arrived quickly, repaired my issue efficiently & was professional to the upmost degree. Highly recommend!

Great company with great employees! Showed up at 8 AM to do a job for me and because of unforeseen obstacles, did not leave until 11:40 PM! Super courteous and informative the entire time. They said they would not leave until I had A/C and they did not lie. One of the best companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

Wilkins AC was very quick to schedule my AC service. Adam came out and quickly diagnosed my issues with my AC. He gave me all the possible options from temporary fix’s to complete replacement if necessary. He was very helpful with all the explanations on each one and mentioned financing was available if needed. Great customer service!!
