My AC went out Friday afternoon around 4, I talked to Carlisles around 5, they were at my house by 6:30. Carlisle himself came & was very professional & straightforward, explaining that my outside compressor had gone out & needed to be changed & explaining that eventually the upstairs unit would have to be replaced because it was as old as the house (1996) but that right now it was in good working condition. I really appreciated his his straight talk & very reasonable price

Mr. Carlisle went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. We had issues with our system “freezing up” which caused our a/c to not blow cold air. We had Mr Carlisle come out for a second opinion, for which we are very thankful we did!! Mr. Carlisle took his time to investigate what was causing the issue, fixed the issue, and provided us with outstanding service! He saved us a tremendous amount of money and blessed us so much! We HIGHLY recommend Carlisle Heating & Air!!!

UPDATE (02/2024): They replaced my aging system last year and installed a great and reliable RUUD unit, including a UV sanitizer, at a very reasonable cost. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN TOWN!!!! I came home from work on one of the hottest days to a HOT house and the weekend was here so I panicked!! I called one of the largest companies in Baton Rouge. They came out 15 hours later to basically tell me if I wanted air for the weekend it would be over $2000.00. Someone recommended I call Carlisle Heating & Air and I have nothing but good to say about this company!! He was at my home within one hour and had my AC back up and running and my bill was less than $300.00. He was so honest and explained everything to me step by step. I will refer anyone who needs HVAC services to this company. He most definitely gained a customer in my household.

I contacted "Carlisle Heating & Air" via google! Brent responded immediately, providing an estimate & locating the parts needed to repair my unit the same day. Brent called early the next morning and said he was in route. He provided excellent service, as he installed a "New Evaporator Coil" & provided Freon for my 410A unit. He arrived at 9:20 am and was done by 11:00 am. I highly recommend Carlisle Heating & Air for all your repair needs. Very knowledgeable and polite!!! & they didn't mess my floor up, he covered it up before beginning the job.

Wonderful experience today when my AC would not cool. Brent responded in record time. Called him and he gave me an appointment and showed up early. Explained the issue, fixed it and was gone within an hour . The price was very reasonable . He was professional and honest and patiently explained the problem . This was the second time Brent came out to work on the AC in the house. Both times I contacted them late in the evening and they got back to me early the next morning and came out that day. This time we had a transformer that blew out and he replaced it while he was here. Very nice and personable. Quick work each time. Also, very fair pricing. I highly recommend this company. They will be who I call when it's time to replace our AC and when my aunt needs work on hers.

It's also a huge bonus they will come out on the weekends and not charge you an arm and a leg for a weekend visit.

A happy repeat customer: Brent maintained my AC system for several years. From recharging coolant to repairing parts. He has helped me on weekends, after hours, and on short notice. He helped keep my AC system running until it was time to replace the old system. His team did a wonderful job replacing my AC system. They were on time, polite, cautious and mindful inside the house, fixed minor supplemental issues without extra charge, and even worked through the rain to get the job done. The price was fair and the quality of work was outstanding.

I've used this company for over a decade, for multiple places I've lived within Livingston Parish. You simply can't do better than these guys. They come out FAST, they're friendly and very good at their job, and they are VERY affordable. They make you feel like a valued customer...in fact, a friend! I found Brent through Facebook recommendations during the summer. I became busy and never got the chance for the company to come out and do an a/c tune up. Brian has always serviced my HVAC quickly and efficiently. I trust him to repair my a/c and lock up when he's done. I don't have to miss work while he's working on my unit. After the flood he had a new compressor installed and cold air in my house in one day. I won't let anyone else touch my a/c system.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. Just a few words to describe the employees at C.P.R. I was told by one company I needed a new unit. CPR came in and replaced a couple parts and my system has been working better ever since. Going on 2 years with the same unit. Yearly check ups by CPR help keep it running smooth. I tell everyone who needs A/C or Heat repair, Call CPR!! :)

My unit went out at 11:30 pm, called them at midnight, received a call before 8:00 am. They were to my house within the hour and identified the problem, they were able to get everything they needed to repair the problem and were very quick at getting everything working again. Were very good at cleaning everything up and when they left, you couldn't see they were ever there. These guys are the BEST!!!
