Google searched & called this HVAC company. Everyone we dealt with were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

The day before the scheduled work they were able to accommodate an additional ac and duct cleaning as well.

The techs working at the house were on time, very polite, took great care to keep the office clean during the entire job.

I had a full HVAC system installed. From quote, to install, I could not be happier. Everyone... I mean EVERYONE... Was friendly, knowledgeable, very professional.

I'm a technical individual by trade, so I'm a bit critical of the details of workmanship. I have so far not found a issue yet. I promise, I will keep looking though.

Time will tell, but as it stands, thank you to everyone @ TT AC. I'm glad I have working AC again for the beginning of September.

3 years in. Had a few hiccups with the system. But so far T&T have stood behind their work, word and products.

We live out of state and have several rental properties in New Orleans that always seem to need work done. Well we googled "AC Repair New Orleans" and this was the first company we called and man did google pick the best air conditioning repair company for us. We have never had trouble with the ac contractors or with the price. Couldn't be happier with Eric and his company!

I called Taylor and Tyler Friday afternoon. I was told that someone would service call me to service my unit Friday . It didn't happen . Of course they are very busy in the middle of the summer heat . That's understandable . I called again Saturday afternoon . I was told that someone would contact me . This time someone did . Troy came out to my home and within a Couple of hours he had my house feeling like home again . He was very professional and explained to me as much as he could about how an ac system works and what he was doing. I've dealt with several ac repair men and after this experience, I will be calling them for all of my ac maintenance and suggesting them to my family and friends . Thanks Tyler and Taylor . My AC was out last week and they had a tech out to me same day and my Air Conditioner was cooling the house off in less than an hour. The hvac contractor was very polite and knowledgeable as well as kept everything clean even while changing the blower motor out. The price was less than half what I was expecting it to be and needless to say Taylor Tyler AC has a new customer for life here!

We have some condos in New Orleans and cannot make it out there every time something breaks. Taylor & Tyler Air Conditioning repair and install whatever we need for AC or Heating. 99% of the time it is same day service and we have yet to have any complaints. Great company and very honest people here. They do multiple jobs at a time for us and we recommend you use them to.

I would recommend Taylor & Tyler AC to anyone. They were quick, efficient, clean, and professionals. The Team that came to my home worked exceptionally well. I am very happy with the outcome.

They repaired my heater last year and my ac last week. They always show up on time and finish quick and seems like a fair price. They are very knowledgeable and polite. I have refereed them to a few family members and no one has had any complaints.

They came out to repair my new HVAC system and found several issues the other contractor had done. Corrected the issues.
Taylor and Tyler's employees were very professional and polite. They even called a week later when the temperatures were forecasted to be below freezing to be sure everything was working properly.

Showed up on time and did their job quietly and with a clean work area repairing our upstairs AC unit from leaking. This was over a month and still no issues. Great set of guys and price was not as bad as we thought it would be especially for after hours work and same day service. This is our new go to air conditioning repair and install company.

New Orleans air conditioning companies near me usually are late with bad service and have to come out multiple times but with Taylor & Tyler Air Conditioning Services they cleaned and installed new ductwork, installed a new unit and thermostat and that was 3 months ago. I have not had to call them back for anything. Everything just works flawlessly and my house is super cold now even with my old drafty windows.

Best air condition repair company in New Orleans! They showed up on time as scheduled and had our new outside ac unit installed same day. It was a super hot day so we were super excited to have such a safe, respectful and great crew working on our home.

To simply say that Eric and Taylor & Tyler Air Conditioning and Heating rushed in like a cool and soothing breeze on a hot summer’s day, even for me, is truly an understatement!
In this day and age of the COVID-19 virus pandemic and the fear of possibly catching or spreading this horrific disease, we’re being confined to our homes for 24/7, with only a few permissible exceptions. Then, to make that scenario even worse, we’re now experiencing all-time record-breaking heat waves with 110-degree heat indexes becoming commonplace.
Well, towards the end last week, it only took but a few minutes for me to learn that my level of willfully being locked down inside of my house for weeks on end is directly and inseparably tied to the peak efficiency of my air conditioning system! All it took was one phone call and Eric was standing with me in my muggy sweltering den by early that very evening, which happened on a Thursday. After some discussion, I agreed with his opinions and assessment as to my future a/c and heating needs. It didn’t take but a few minutes more for Eric to make arrangements to have his installation crew show up bright and early that coming Monday morning. And just so the readers will know, my association with Taylor & Tyler goes back well over sixteen years when they installed the replacement to my original a/c and heating system, and a few years later another crew returned to replace and upgrade all of my aging ductwork.
It’s worth noting that our past positive association clearly played an important role in my contacting Taylor and Tyler again and for a number of reasons. I learned back then what Eric, his staff and crew proved yet once again; that each time I deal with him and his team I know I’m going to get not just a good value for my money, but more importantly I’m going to get all the benefits that comes from dealing with a true group of professionals. It was his experience and grasp of my needs combined with the outstanding time-tested products he offers that sold me once again on using his services. And to top that off, his price not only beat his competitors by a substantial amount but that was for a much better upgraded system.
Then, there’s his office staff’s understanding and courteous nature of conducting themselves no matter how many times I call. And you can combine that with the exceptional installation crew of Anh, Pee-Wii, Rusty, and Brandon easily met and exceeded not only my immediate needs but my long-term expectations as well. They’re as professional as they are knowledgeable, thorough, neat, well organized, and a true pleasure to have worked with.

Was shopping around for a new Hvac system when we saw some of the reviews for Taylor & Tyler AC, Dr decided to have them out for a quote. Eric the owner shows up to give an impressive presentation explaining exactly what was wrong and what he could do to fix it. We were given 3 options to choose from and allowed to pick services we wanted and declining the ones we did not want, no pressure to select a certain system. Well we made our decision to go with this company and man we're glad we did. Crew came when promised and worked tirelessly throughout the day only breaking for a half hour lunch. Crew leader Pazzy and other workers Orin and Pat were simply fantastic, very professional and personable. They answered all inquiries and explained everything they were doing. Great outcome, very satisfied with service and completed same day. We will definitely recommend our friends and family. Eric we thank you all for saving us from the upcoming summer heat.

I have never written a Google review before but I must give credit where credit is due. Taylor & Taylor truly exceeded all of our expectations. After getting a few different quotes, our salesman Glen sold us with Taylor & Taylor. Not only did their thoroughness stand out, Glen was very personable and explained our problems in a way we could fully understand what was going on. Our installers, Pat and Pazzy, did an amazing job. Since Pat was the only one I could visibly see working, the man never stopped once. He was very meticulous and focused on his job. He did an impeccable job. When our thermostat wasn’t reading correctly, Nick came out and figured out a hole we had in our wall behind our thermostat that was causing the temperature gauge to read the attic air. Since we didn’t replace our thermostat, it wasn’t immediately clear what the problem was. He took his time crossing his t’s and dotting his i’s. Even though everything was reading/looking normal, he stayed until he had an answer and even took the time to confirm that was the only problem. I’m very, very impressed with T&T and the owner should be VERY proud of his employees. Nothing but kind, hard working people. Thank you to Glen, Pat, Pazzy, Ian, Tyler, and Nick! We were referred by my grandparents and parents who have had new installs and new duct work and haven’t had any problems in over ten years! We will send everyone to T&T!

NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE CALLS!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ! Horrible company for customer service including owner. He has no skills in this department. He doesn't take care of his customers who have spent over 20K on AC and Heating units. He is a right fighter. A few years back I call and the tech broke a part trying to take off the fan motor. He didn't have the part HE broke. I was 4 days without AC in July AND I got charged for another service call and the part the tech broke. The company called me to ask what I thought of their service and I gave them feedback on how I was disappointed that I had to pay for a part they broke and another service call and without AC for 4 days, hoping it would help. Just recently I had to call them again for a service call and the owner just ARGUED with me, interrupted me, and was simply rude. I tried to explain the tech was to be there at 2-3 and never show until 5 and I paid for emergency service instead of waiting. He wanted to charge $800-900 for $25 part. My son fixed it the next day (because the hardware store had closed by the time the tech got there) getting the part at a local hardware store for $35. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED and owner is simply a very rude person.

My husband and I are very thankful for Pazzy, Pat and Tim. These guys were amazing, very respectful and hospitable! They were at my home but were very kind to us. As for the installing of new unit...Excellent!!! Their work ethic is great! This crew left us with zero mess to clean up afterwards! To Eric the owner of the company, this crew represents your company without a doubt very professionally. Thank you very much guys!

The tech seemed good. I think so anyway. The office however is awful. They don't listen, assume they know better than you and they will out and out lie. We called at 830am and several times throughout the day. The company had come out a few days earlier and based on that the office staff thought they knew what was going on with the system.
They were wrong... Finally we insisted someone come and check it after waiting all day and we had to pay a after hours fee. The best part is we had to pay up front before they even knew what was wrong with system. Be ready to write a check or pay an additional fee for using a card. Really not easy to work with.

This company deserves more than five stars. They didn't just replace my air conditioner, they built me a new custom duct-work system for my complicated old house. Going above and beyond is an understatement. Eric's ac techs were 2 of the nicest workers I've come across in a long time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very clean. Truly a top rated company.
