Our office called Keefe's for a gas leak and we received nothing short of the best service. From their callers, to their text message updates, to Christian who came out to the property and did the work- everything was excellent!

Great service from start to finish. Easy to book appointment and technician showed up on time. Technician surveyed the issues we were having, offered options and completed the work. Technician did a great job of explaining everything and cleaning up after himself. Great experience!

The process of buying a whole new A/C system is daunting, but our 21 year-old A/C had been on its last legs for a few years. We spoke with the salesman, Terry, about which system and package to choose, and he gave us good insight on all the features. The price was great, considering it was such a big purchase. The company also had a good financing option, so we chose that.
The very next day there was an installation crew of two guys who worked non-stop from 9 in the morning until 9 at night! They were very polite and even adjusted things when we sensed the back of the hose needed more air flow. Hopefully this air conditioning and heating system lasts us another 20 years - but the package we chose had a 10 year full parts and not-a-dime warranty, so even if it is a dud, we can get it repaired without sinking more money into it.
All in all, this was a great experience with Keefe’s.

We live in Covington, LA. Suddenly Thurs. afternoon, 1/29, our power flickered and then stayed on dimmed, not a normal thing. We called Cleco Electric and they came out in less than an hour, inspected it and reported we needed to have our service rebuilt by a licensed electrician, have it inspected and they could then rehook it up..but this weekend was going to be our coldest this winter and we are both in our 70's, so very concerned about how quickly we could get this dobe. My husband called Keefe's, who had put in some of our AC units last year, and relayed our situation. The intake person was very kind and understanding, and said they would call us in a little while as they were in a meeting, but may not be able to come until the morning. They called and were able to send J. that day to survey the situation and order what was needed for the rebuild, all locally available, thank goodness, and advised us on setting up our portable generator which we have because of hurricanes! Another employee, also J., came out early the next morning, with a truck fully equipped for all that he needed to do, and he worked for hours to complete the work. He also helped coordinate with an inspector, and then Cleco promptly came to do the final hookup and by late Friday afternoon we were back with full power. We are so grateful and appreciative, they were very professional but also caring and considerate and we can highly recommend them without reservation! Cudos also to the inspector and also the Cleco personnel, who were also very professional and considerate.

My experience with Rickey Nguyen from Keefe’s Air Conditioning was pleasant and fantastic! Rickey arrived to perform the 6 month maintenance on my AC unit. Rickey was prompt and professional, but at the same time pleasant to interact with. He took his time, was completely thorough and quickly diagnosed what needed to be done to increase the efficiency of my unit. Rickey was knowledgeable and honest. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions of concern. Completely pleased with the great service he provided. Thanks Rickey, kudos to you!

I had a great experience with Justin, who came out to perform maintenance on my AC unit. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was running efficiently before leaving.

I really appreciated how honest and transparent Justin was about the condition of the unit and any recommendations for future upkeep—no pressure, just helpful advice. He also left the work area clean and made sure I didn’t have any questions.

I highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy AC maintenance. Excellent service from start to finish!

Keefe's offered to do a free system check which i agreed to cause my new hvac unit seems to have a difference between heating / cooling upstairs and downstairs.

Conveniently my ac was working before and when the tech came but didnt after he left. Keefe's wants me to spend $1k to fix it and add a surge protector.

Called to speak to management and cant get ahold of anyone... conveniently.

UPDATE: 5 DAYS LATER
I still cannot get ahold of Keefe's management team for sabotaging my new system.

On time, very professional and clean and I could not believe that the bill was only a quarter of what i was thinking it would be. I could not be more happy with Taylor & Tyler AC Repair and I highly recommend them for your New Orleans, LA heating and air conditioning needs.

Professional Service. Nick was very professional and courteous with same day response most HAVC COMPANIES State that but few rearly do. I Will most certainly call on you for all our HAVC needs.

An actual 24 hour company. Nicholas came out within a couple of hours of our after hours call. Found the problem and fixed it in no the me. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Eric and his crew for fixing the heater in our home. We woke up on one of those rare cold mornings in Louisiana to find that our heater wouldn't turn on. After making the call to Taylor and Tyler, they had someone there in a couple of hours! Can't thank you guys enough.

Fast service and everything is still working a few months down the line. Showed up on time and were very knowledgeable. I would recommend my family and friends here if they needed a new ac installed or just needed their ac repaired.

With a new baby on the way, we wanted to make sure that the air ducts in our home were cleaned properly. After doing a complete clean, Eric used UV lights to help kill any remaining bacteria and mold. You can really smell the freshness in the air.

The technician that came out was very nice and explained everything to the fullest for me to understand what was wrong with our system I forgot his name but he was definitely amazing ❤️ It was a quick fix and I am very thankful for him to come out on a Saturday and help us especially with small children that live in our home over all this guy was amazing and very sweet and polite if I could give him 10 stars I would … I called around for days and others told me they couldn’t take us until next week pretty much up to two wks prior before they could actually help us and this man came and done the job ! Thank you so much 😊 we’re very thankful for him to come out and help us 🙌

Unit was not blowing air, Taylor & Tyler tech Inspected my AC unit, they said everything looked good, but blower motor was dead, replacement needed, charged $900 for motor and cleaning. Three days later, unit blowing hot air, they charged $85 to come back out and said the AC was leaking freon, $10k to replace the unit. Called to speak to the owner to find out how this could be missed on the inspection 3 days earlier, he refused to call me back. Terrible company!

We live in New Orleans and they came out same day and fixed our air conditioning the first time and pretty fast. It wasn't even blowing air too. Best AC Repair Contractors in Louisiana in my opinion.

After receiving several quotes from other air conditioning companies, Taylor and Tyler had the lowest of quotes and the most detailed report. Moreover, the professional they sent out was courteous and helpful with our questions.

It has been 3 months and I'm still waiting for them to finish the job. They installed an entire
heating and ac unit. The first day it was cold, the heat didn't work. When I called them they
were rude and refused to give me a time when a technician could come out. I was told there were many people ahead of me. Karen hung up the phone in my face.I consider it fraud to charge for installation of a new unit that doesn't work. When they installed the unit. They didn't even cut on the heat to see if itworked. I have been to Lowes and talked with the store manager concerning the sale of the unit and only given Karen's name to help. I have asked to speak with management and was not allowed.I have asked the salesman Sammie, Lowes store manager Blake, called T&T asking to complete this job over 7 times. I'm feel so cheated and disrespected. I will never do business with Lowes or T&T.
