Totally seamless. The service person arrived, did the installation, and departed. As the weather has been mild, have not needed the HVAC. However, I have never before been disappointed and do not expect anything but the best. A trusted contractor. I had no problem with the cost

Electrician was on time,courteous and very knowledgeable he was coming out on a semi warranty call after a ceiling fan installation. Come to find out the issue was not with their installation but with the fan that I bought. Looks like I'll be buying another fan and probably have Keefe's install it.

Joshua showed up quickly and was very professional. I explained the issues we had and he told how he was going to fix them and he did so within about an hour. I am pleased with the results.

Service Technician Patrick Galland came to my house to perform the scheduled, bi-annual, maintenance cleaning and inspection on Friday 11-28-25. During his inspection he noticed that the high voltage disconnect switch for the HVAC Blower unit in the attic was not functioning. He noted it in his report and scheduled himself to come back on Monday 12-01-25 first thing in the morning with the parts needed to replace the faulty switch. I just had the entire HVAC System replaced 18-months earlier and the crew that performed that work also noticed that the disconnect switch was inoperable, but failed to pursue it any further. I applaud Patrick for taking the initiative to investigate and correct the problem when others had just ignored it in the past Turns out that the switch was not even connected, the wires were just hardwired together inside of the swith box supplying continuous power to the HVAC Blower Unit. Patrick Galland not only went above and beyond to insure that my HVAC was working properly, but also took the initiative to correct a faulty safety feature to make it safer for HVAC Service Technicians needing to perform work in the future.

Great experience with multiple electrical issues in our condo. Brandon was terrific. Price clear in advance and continuous effort to keep us informed as he worked through the list. Highly recommended.

We are subscribed to Keefe’s home maintenance plan and just had our 3rd visit. The technicians are always super friendly and answer our questions in an easy to understand way. We had Justin this past time and he was very knowledgeable about our AC and Heating system.

Patrick is my go to tech, really honest and straightforward. I don’t want anyone else to service my home. Theirs also Ben he’s my electrician. Those two are my go to guys.

I called Keefe’s for the first time last week after normal hours for ac repair. They were able to have someone out at 8:00 the following morning. He repaired the issue right away and then checked everything else on the unit to make sure it was working properly. A simple fix thankfully and all he charged me was $88 for the service call. I know who I’ll call next time. Thank you Keefe’s for fixing my ac quickly!

Benjamin, my service technician, provided me with an excellent tutorial on the generator after it was installed. He covered the basic operation, safety precautions, and routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements. He was very patient and professional, always asking if I had any questions to ensure I fully understood how to operate the generator. This was especially important in case of a hurricane, when I might need to change the oil myself if a technician was unavailable.
I strongly recommend Keefe's to anyone in the market for a generator.

The job did not take the whole day, and the installers were polite, clean and thorough. They told us everything step-by-step that they were doing and instructed us on how to use the thermostat for each season. We could feel the coolness through the house only moments after it was turned on. They even hauled away the old (dinosaur) unit without question!!! {{“Kudos”}} And we will recommend you and the company to any and everyone who is in need of a new air conditioning unit. Or even for just maintenance!!

Mr. Sherman Mulkey was an amazing technician! He arrived early, immediately started solving the problem, and fixed it quickly. He was knowledgeable and friendly, walking us through the entire process as he worked on our HVAC equipment. Truly such a kind person, even with us being his last client of the day. Truly recommend his services!!!

Rickey was knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around! Our furnace was malfunctioning and he patiently resolved the issue. He was thorough, friendly, and made sure that everything was working properly before he left. He was also very honest about the condition of our unit. Everything was done under a promo offered by the company. We are truly appreciative of the company and for having the opportunity to work with Rickey.

Jourdan Weysham and Benaiah Brimmer came out to install a surge protector and run a higher voltage wire to our newly installed ac unit. It was a complicated task as our house is old (80+years) with multiple additions. There was a lot of redirecting of the wiring and had to reconfigure our electrical panel. Both worked over 11 hours straight and were very professional, never complaining. Job well done.

Keefe’s is awesome. I had to call them about scheduling annual maintenance for our generator. They were able to do a same day appointment. Desmond was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Also they were significantly less expensive than other companies when it comes to annual maintenance. Highly recommend!
