Called Fin Mechanical on a Wednesday and they were out on Friday. They moved a vent from one room to another and while they were here they did my summer time cleaning of the unit. Exceptional service, they kept me informed of everything they did. Their prices are very reasonable. I will not use anybody but Fin Mechanical for my A/C.

They helped me service my old unit (that really needed to be replaced) multiple times on the phone and in person to try and solve preexisting issues. They never pressured me replace the unit. They were knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done and provided me with options. Ultimately I replaced it and there was no need to shop around they were my first pick. They were on time and didn’t leave until everything was correctly installed and working properly. They had to return to install a special order filter and kept me updated on when it would be in. They showed me how everything worked and put me in the system For maintenance reminders. I am so satisfied with their work and professionalism. I never felt like they were trying to beat me or trying to sell me on something I didn’t need. I don’t write a lot of reviews but this one was so deserving because they were wonderful. I totally recommend their services.

I highly recommend Fin Mechanical! Co-Owner, Jason, worked with me to completely replace my HVAC system following Hurricane Ida. He and his technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and left my place spotless after installation. Additionally, a recent drain-line clog caused me some minor problems and Fin Mechanical was able to troubleshoot/fix it same-day (on a Saturday!). I have been extremely impressed and highly recommend this LOCAL reliable team!!!

Cody performed the semi annual service on my unit. He was knowledgeable and explained every step of his service call. He also pointed out any deficiencies and recommendations for improvement to achieve the most efficient HVAC system for my home.

Our home hvac units were 23 years old and were desperately in need of being replaced. Cody was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful through the whole process of replacing both our upstairs and downstairs units. Cody and his team were very efficient in installing the units in 1 day! Yay! The summer heat in August was getting to me lol. We love the quality of the units that were installed. We will definitely be using Fin Mechanical again for any other needs like our hot water heater that is also old and in need a replacement.

Cody rushed over and repaired our Air Conditioning unit after hours to ensure we had air conditioning in the July heat and continued to follow up with me to make sure our unit was still operating as it should. If you need any work done, don’t look any further than Fin Mechanical! It is hard to find customer service like the service Fin provides!

My 90 mother’s AC went out on a Friday at 5pm. I called Fin Mechanical. They squeezed us in. They were efficient, professional & communicative. Not only did they resolve the issue but also uncovered a drain problem that had us perplexed for some time. I highly recommend Cody & Jason. I came home one evening to my AC not running. Having 3 kids, it being the middle of summer I knew I needed it fixed, and as soon as possible. I called Jason at Fin Mechanical, and he understood the sense of urgency. He came after business hours and was able to diagnose the problem quickly with a resolution.

Not only was he able to fix the issue at hand, he was able to walk me through what the issues were and how to prevent them moving forward.
