System installed didn’t last 2 years. Had to go with a competitor to get it fixed because they wouldn’t stand behind their work. What a worthless company.

A technician came out and determined nothing was wrong. He claimed the accumulation of water that was leaking from the system was normal. A return call was made later in the evening to the business to complain, to advise the unit was doing the same thing. They said they would send the technician back out. When the bill was received, I was charged a after hours fee. The owner was very rude and unprofessional stating that his technician came back out. Yes, he did because he didn’t fix the problem. The technician could not articulate the reason the unit was leaking water and that’s why he was called back out.

I called A&R on a weekday afternoon for help with my refrigerator not cooling after 3 other companies would not be able to schedule for 2 days. Jennifer called me back 2 minutes after I placed my initial call, and she said she could get a technician to me in approximately 24 hours. She also provided the lowest initial service/diagnostic fee of $85, compared to $199 from other places I called earlier. The next morning, Jennifer called me back and said a technician could come out in 30 minutes, as they had cancellations in the morning. Nate came at the time expected and was able to quickly identify the problem. He was able to procure the necessary part and return, replace the part, and solve the problem in a timely manner.
I am thankful for A&R's help, kindness, and professionalism, and for doing so faster than any other repair service company in NOLA could offer.
