My thermostat stopped working. They came out the next day and determined and fixed the problem. My drain line was backed up, which is why the thermostat stopped working, which is a fail safe.

Less than 6 weeks after having all new air ducts installed this is what I find when I lift the air vent in the bed room of my house. Exposed to the outside elements. A member of the A & H Service Company was on site Monday March 13th 2017 to fix the issue, however left without any resolution. I have been told the earliest they can address the issue is Monday March 20th 2017. Paying more than $6,000 for new Air Ducts to be installed, you would expect better quality of work.

Honest company. We needed a complete unit inside and out. Keith and his associates worked with us to get the best price for our budget. They even traveled to the Northshore to help us. You cannot go wrong if you choose this company. Best in the city!!

Installation of complete new AC unit was done in one day. One small hiccup was well handled by Keith who showed sincere interest in complete satisfaction of customer. I would recommend his services.

I called on a Monday morning about my AC being out. I figured I would need to wait a day or 2 before someone came out to evaluate my issue. A & H was there for me! They came out Monday morning & installed a new unit on Thursday. I was very happy with their service & professionalism.

We had A&H Service install a new 4 Ton American Standard HVAC Condenser and Evaporator at out home to replace an older unit. Their team did a quality job and the unit has been working great for several months now. I would hire them again for future work.

A & H Service Co. Inc installed an American Standard central air conditioner at our home. We were very happy with the technicians professionalism and skill. We were also very impressed with Mr. Keith Reynaud's knowledge and his follow up to make sure We were satisfied. I would definitely recommend A & H Service Co. Inc.

I bought a new American Standard Central System in 2012. Best move I every made. Professional installation was clean and ducts were wrapped tight, no air leaks. I have a contract with A&H for maintenance service twice a year. My comfort is VERY important. Recently my unit stop working
after five years of flawless service , they replaced the compositor that stop working promptly and on time at no charge. American Standard has a ten year warranty. Dealing with A&H was a smart move on my part. These people are Professionals.

I have been doing business With A&H for at least 15 years. The reason is great quality service At reasonably prices. Good knowledgeable about the units. Also friendly employees. Our service representative (Jon) is the best!!
We also have the program to come out twice a year to check the a/c & heat for our system. Great program & we have never had any problems. I would recommend & have recommended A&H to everyone.

This company wanted me to purchase a new unit when another company replaced a mother board for $100.00.

You handled rental properties, my home, and my mother's home. I am not posting my information.

After having sub par performance from a previous HVAC contractor I gave A&H a call to investigate an issue at one of my rental properties. Keith Reynaud personally came out the same day to diagnose my problem. He provided us a firm proposal at an agreeable price on the spot. His technicians installed a new American Standard air handler unit for about the same cost as a replacement coil. They completed the job in less than half of the time our old contractor took for an identical installation at a different property.

The repair man was extremely thorough and fixed all the issues I had with my AC including the capacitor, AC unit motor and checked the freon levels. He was very quick and informative. Easily would reccomend again.

Jason and his crew are the folks for the job. Honest, responsive, and quality. They give it to you straight, don't beat around the bush, and know exactly what to do. In addition, Jason himself is a proud family man who you can tell loves what he does, knows exactly who he's doing his job for, and cares about why. Took a recommendation from a friend, and I'm glad I did. Now I know my HVAC issues will always have a fix.
