Shawn arrived as scheduled, however I did not receive a message or call that he was in route, so surprised upon arrival. He provided preventative service, so can't provide any comment concerning quality. He was polite, respectful, neat and appeared to work with a purpose.

Roland provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my HVAC system replacement. Everything was installed with follow up to assure all was working properly. Thank you Roland and Shaun for your expertise and I am extremely satisfied with my decision to go with David LaVie’s Air Conditioning, LLC. I highly recommend them!

We needed a new yearly contract with a new AC company and also wanted to get the Reme Halo in-duct air purifier installed. David LaVie's Air Conditioning was recommended to us. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the customer service lady when I called. The technician was able to come out on the date and time I needed. He showed up on time and he was also very professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I called David LaVie's a little after 9am. Based on my description of what the AC was/wasn't doing, the tech zeroed in on the problem before he even looked at the unit. I had already checked the main breaker and fuses. He confirmed his hunch that the drain line was clogged causing the overflow sensor to shut down the unit. I would have suspected this but the pan and secondary drain line were dry. He was able to clear the drain line and had the unit restated all within 20 minutes. This is what I like a small company with knowledgeable people. My AC was running again before 11am. Thanks.

My AC was out. This was my 1st time calling and they were still able to get a Technician out quickly. The Technician and everyone I dealt with were extremely courteous and professional. I have to say that this is one of the best experiences I have had for any repair at my home. They have all of my future business.

My thermostat stopped working correctly. It would stop reading the inside temperature so therefor the unit did not know to turn. I was grateful to get next day service (It stopped working completely at 4:45pm) My appointment was for noon to 4pm. He arrived at 10:30am. He changed the thermostat and checked everything else while he was here, he even changed my AC filter for me. I am very grateful, I have always had great service from David LaVie's

They installed my brother's new AC system in Mandeville. When my AC went out the other day, I asked my brother who he used and he gave me David's company. My brother told me how impressed he was with their response time and price and he was right. Ridiculously fast response time to my initial inquiry via email to their business. Emailed them around 8pm when my AC went out and they responded within 5 minutes via email. They had someone at my house the next afternoon and had me back up and running within 30 minutes. Completely cleaned my outside unit. Sean was very professional and courteous. Extremely affordable. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

We signed our annual maintenance contract on Wednesday and Shawn showed up Friday morning to check our systemout. He inspected and cleaned both outside and inside units. The rest of the service went smoothly. Thanks for the personable, professional service. See you later this year for our next biannual system check.

Our AC went out just before bedtime. Called David LaVie's first thing in the morning and a technician was out within 2 hours. AC was fixed with competitive pricing. Very pleased with our service and would highly recommend!

Excellent service, very professional staff. They keep their promise on arrival period and even text you with a location map for the repair person. They do a detailed service with their annual service program. Been doing my preventative for 4 years - keeping my units in great shape.

En route within 1 hour of my call. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. I was told all costs before work began. Parts for my "antique" system were in stock on the truck. All parts replaced and system serviced the same day, even with a rain delay. Outstanding.

We called about a leaky AC pan. The service tech arrived same day in a couple hours. He was professional and personable. He made a clear diagnosis and addressed the issues in the same visit. He made recommendations for upkeep and maintenance. Great service and reasonable price!

This professional group responded rapidly and checked our unit. The tech Tracy did a great job checking the line and explaining the drainage system.

House went up to 75 degrees overnight so I reached out to a company people referred on the “Lakeview” Facebook page, David LaVie’s AC early this morning. They had Shawn at my door at 10:00am and by 10:05am he had diagnosed the capacitor was bad and had it replaced and the cool air was flowing inside. I left my last AC company because they were high pressure on upselling and fixing things that didn’t need to be fixed. But Shawn and the team were all great!!!!

I would not recommend this company to any of my family or friends. I experienced a misfortune of events with my AC summer tune-up. First, at my first initial appointment, they had the wrong address & canceled on me without a notification or phone call after taking off work to be present for the appointment, but they did end up showing up & the appointment went fine. 3 days later, my entire AC system is not working which happens to be on a Sunday when they are closed. I spoke to a representative to have a callback & NEVER received one including days later & not one phone call back. I had to call another company to come out & repair what had happened from my previous service. Lastly, I finally gave in & called this company to let them know the situation just to be told that it was a coincidence that this happened to my AC (after not being serviced for 2 years, but 3 days later this happened) & there was nothing they could do to help or reimburse me for having to call out the other company to come out. Not to mention, after trying to reach out 3 times for an update, they finally replied to me about a month later saying they couldn't help. Terrible customer service!

I own several properties in the Nola area and as fate would have it 2 of them have decided to not cool with the onset of this new season and warmer weather. I reached out to David La'vie air conditioning and Shawn ,the technician, went the extra mile with cleaning then fixing both AC's quickly and with a good price. I feel confident in this company that what they're doing and what they're saying that my units need is accurate and I will use them for my other properties but hopefully I won't need them in the next week LOL
