These guys are very knowledgeable and very informative. They were punctual and straight to the point. Didnt try to trick me into buying or paying for more than i had to. I had a different conpany come before them and charged me 500 plus dollars for basically saying my ac was in working order. 2 weeks later i need my whole ac replaced. Mike and the guy he was woth were great. Defenitely recommend these guys.

I'm so impressed with Air Orleans AC. They were extremely professional and reliable. My parents ac stopped working and Mr. Raiko the technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and fixed the problem quickly.
From the initial call to the final check-up, my experience with Air Orleans AC was excellent.
They were punctual, courteous, and made sure my dad understood the entire process. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Came out and fixed my issue in 2 hours.
Later in the evening, I thought the unit wasn’t working and called and complained. They sent someone out to check on the unit after hours. Turns out it was working, but just cooling other rooms in the house.

He found the problem right away, explained everything clearly, and had my heat running again in no time. The price was very reasonable, especially for an after-hours call.

Can't say enough about how impressed I was with the winter hvac maintenance done by Air Orleans. The owner Michael was so thorough. He found issues that have been there for years and didn't stop the system from working, but we're definitely hurting us and would have shortened the life of the unit. He provided videos and took my husband up in the attic after. I highly recommend using these guys for an indoor air quality evaluation.
