I have had to use the services of Higginbottoms several times over the past few years, mostly through my home warranty. They have also been sent as a "second" call twice when the first company sent did nothing (even when they billed for it.

Steve has done an excellent job (understand that they are extremely busy, especially in the summer). I have also used them for Spring cleanings/check ups prior to the hot season starting.

I recommend them and will continue to request and utilize their service.

I used Higginbottoms through my home warranty (American Home Shield). This is my first time owning a home and I was so upset we had AC problems 3-4 months after purchasing It.
Steve was so nice from the first phone call to coming in person. He diagnosed and fixed my AC problems quickly and also gave us advice on how to maintain the units. Even though i’m using my home warranty, I can tell Steve is a very honest worker and would not try to up-charge you on unnecessary things. I’m glad to know if future problems arise, I can call someone I can trust.

Impressed by their punctuality and expertise, the technician efficiently tuned up my A/C system, leading to noticeably improved cooling. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable. Highly recommend for a thorough job!

We had our hvac system replaced by the very competent Air Orleans team last June. They did a great job and just serviced our system a week ago. The services in the first year are free! They are very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend this company👍

They were really friendly the whole process. Excellent service, everything was alright. We called them in to change our central AC unit and it turned out great and working perfectly. They have really good customer service, and answered all of our questions.

Gave Mike a call saying I thought I had a freon leak and my AC was acting up and his response was that he will be at my house ASAP. He personally came out and quickly diagnosed I didnt actually have a leak and that the inside coil just needed a good cleaning. Got me up and running in no time at all and at a great price! Some companies would have claimed to recharge my system and charged me an arm and a leg, but Mike was up front and honest and that means the world to me when it comes to doing business with a company! Highly recommend giving them a call for any AC needs!! Fast service, honest work, and great guy in general!! Thanks again for getting me nice and cold before this summer heat!!

My service provider was Raiko and he was on time, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I feel like I had honest insight into a system that has (likely) not been looked at for many years. The weather was perfect for testing everything.

Had Air Orleans come out recently and I’m really happy with the service. Raiko was amazing, super friendly, on time, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which I appreciated.

The price was also great for the quality of work. No surprises and no pressure, just honest service. Overall a really good experience and I would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend Air Orleans. We had a serious situation with our AC. Raiko came out promptly in the evening, spent several hours here and assessed the problem, diagnosed it correctly and he and Michael did what they could to flush out our system. Raiko informed us that we needed a plumber to correctly fix the problem for good. He was absolutely right in his assessment. His honesty, integrity and knowledge was impressive. We will be loyal customers in the future and I highly recommend this company!
