They did a great job fixing my ac. Pricing beat other companies who gave me a quote. Didn’t take advantage of me at all and I appreciated that being a single woman. Very knowledgeable and their service plan was very reasonable as well.

Alex and his crew always do a great job, super friendly, and are very fair with their pricing. They are thorough and make sure to explain what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how it will help. They never push products or services on me and will happily answer any questions. My ac went out yesterday, I called at ~4:40pm and they showed up a few minutes later. They resolved the issue quickly and explained what had happened. Highly recommend.

Tegrity Air is a trio of professionals. Their response time is always impressive, and they are very knowledgeable. When they fix something, it stays fixed!

I hired tegrity air to repair my AC unit, and it was a complete disaster. The technician arrived late without any apology and seemed clueless about the issue. They misdiagnosed the problem, charged me $500 for unnecessary parts, and left my house a mess with tools and debris scattered everywhere. The AC still doesn't work properly, and when I called to complain, they were rude and unhelpful. Avoid this company at all costs-terrible service and zero professionalism!

Great prompt service. Also the only company to actually answer after hours and it not be some call center letting you know that they can’t come out.

I called them on a service call. Because my HVAC was not working. I had a quick response and they sent out a technician. He diagnosed it and repaired it within the hour. Quality service and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again!

My AC went out, and after several attempts from different companies, Tegridy Air finally resolved the issue. They installed one of their thermostats, and I couldn’t be happier with the fast, efficient service!

Absolutely amazing experience! With the recent heatwave my ac was just not keeping up. I was able to schedule a same day appointment for a system checkup. They quickly found the problem and fixed it. Within the hour I had a fully functioning ac again. The technicians were incredibly friendly and explained everything they were doing and described the problems in a way I could easily understand. The price was incredibly reasonable. After work was complete they even stayed a while to ensure everything was working as intended. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They will be the only company I call from here on out
