They are some real good dudes. We called around and got a few quotes to come do an inspection on a homes HVAC from concerns raised by an inspector. We were on a time crunch so we went with these guys even though the price was a little higher. All 3 guys came out, had a conversation about what they found and suggested fixes and even broke it down barney style for me a laymen.

We even told them that we expected to have to get basically a new system and we were prepared for it. They told us point blank that's unnecessary and the homes system was in excellent shape. The issue was not enough airflow around the unit causing cosmetic rusting.

Are they pretty expensive for an inspection? Yea, though they are the only ones we talked to who had multiple folks come out and they were all inspecting different things making the process very efficient.

Perhaps most importantly they weren't being alarmist just saying what we thought we knew to milk an extra job out of us. Take from that what you will but personally this is everything I want from service: honesty and competency.

Tegridy handled my A/C repairs from start (diagnostic and quote) to finish with a professional and courteous team, leaving my home clean. Everything was completed efficiently. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of A/C and heater repairs.

Alex and Scott arrived on time and did a great job on our preventative maintenance, had an unknown issue occur while cleaning but they were persistent and made sure everything was in good condition before they left. Highly recommended!

I hired Tegridy to look at a problem after my old HVAC company completely dropped the ball.

Alex, Scott, and Aimon showed up promptly to address my problem with air distribution (my main bedroom is too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter, the rest of the rooms are comfortable), and to check to see if I have a refrigerant leak (looks like I do).

They suggested trying a low-cost measure for the distribution problem before resorting to changing the ductwork.

AC AMBULANCE is always timely and polite. They do not leave a mess behind and I am confident that my ac unit is in good shape for the coming year.

The details: I called AC Ambulance to diagnose and repair ongoing issues with my AC ductwork. The temperature in my house varied wildly from room to room. Very frustrating! My son recommended AC Ambulance based on the great experience he had with the company. I had already gotten a quote from someone else to do the work, but chose them because they were less expensive and because of the afore mentioned recommendation. Also, they are a family owned and run company.

They showed up on time for the appointment, and took their time evaluating the problems with the ductwork that had been causing me so much trouble. They pointed out exactly what work needed to be done in order to get a consistent temperature throughout my house. There was a considerable amount of ductwork that needed replacing due to insufficient size of my existing ducts, and new ductwork that needed to be run. Their price was much less than the first quote I received. They also recommended a person to repair the sheetrock where registers needed to be moved. He was excellent as well!
The work was performed in a timely manner and all messes cleaned up, and old ducts hauled away.

Most importantly, the results way surpassed my expectations! I live in an old house (lacking in insulation) with a new addition (fully insulated). There is only one AC and thermostat for the whole house. I could never get a consistent temperature throughout the house until now! It's so nice to not be freezing in the back of the house and sweating in the front! The temperature is finally consistent! Thank you AC Ambulance!!

We have been very satisfied with Tripp and AC Ambulance Company. Our oldest HVAC unit finally called it quits so we had to request quotes from several companies to have it replaced. AC Ambulance did a thorough evaluation with a very competitive bid that included a high energy efficient unit, exceptional warranty, and additional framing to enlarge the units air intake requirements. Tripp and his entire crew were diligent in their installation and workmanship and met all our exceptions. The office staff were professional and responsive to our needs.
