A/C blew a fuse at 5 AM. Called Air Conditioning Ambulance and talked to their after hours representative. She arranged for a service representative to call me asap. Michael called to let me know he was on the way around 8:30 AM. He arrived, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then took care of an equipment issue under warranty and was finished with the service call by 9:45 AM. Michael was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled.

9-9-2025 Service: I can't say enough good stuff about AC Ambulance. It is a great company with great techs. The office folks are always friendly and professional. I had an emergency issue and they booked me for the day I called. BAC was my tech for this visit. Great personality, friendly and he knows his stuff. I had to get a part replaced. He was back bright and early the next morning with the part to install it. I will definitely keep this partnership going with AC Ambulance...😊

6-23-2025 Service: AC Ambulance always provides great and friendly service. Dylan was my tech. He has a great personality, professional and gets the tasks done. He's a great and helpful technician and even had my little Yorkie following him.

Always a pleasure working with this company. I have been a client since 2012 and will be as long as they are around. The regular maintenance contract keeps me on top of regular care for my unit. Thank for excellent customer service.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air on a Friday night. Tried replacing fuses thinking that was the problem. NOT!! Inside the house quickly rose to an uncomfortable 90 degrees🥵. Called AC Ambulance and was prepared to have to buy a whole new AC unit. Service technician, Danny, arrived and assessed the situation. He replaced the capacitor and voila, we had air. It took less than 45 minutes. Danny was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend AC Ambulance for all of your HVAC needs!!!!

The AC technician came out on 06/16/25 to do maintenance on my unit, but instead went into my attic to found the unit was not installed properly, I was told from the technician I would get a call back to address the problem, I’m still waiting for that call back, I have taken the initiative to call but I only get we’re call you back, the STARS ⭐️ is for the technician 🧑‍🔧 and his experience because this unit has been installed since 06/22/22

Any time we had had an issue at my house, we have had prompt service. Employees are always friendly and respectful.

Michael and Dylon were great! They were on time, thorough, efficient and extremely polite. They even wore booties over their shoes not to track dirt in my home!
There follow up was excellent too. They came the next day with my filter and UV light. I'll have to make sure on my maintenance follow ups that I get them again. I'm very pleased with A C Ambulance and strongly recommend them. In this day where customer service is becoming extinct they still have it! Thanks

Bac came out and did an excellent job fixing my ac unit. He is very knowledgeable, on time, and very thorough.

Vincent is always quick, efficient, friendly and professional. We always ask for Vincent when we need service We have had the annual service contract for years..

The service provided was excellent. The grew was terrific and solved my problem. An earlier company came out and couldn't diagnose the problem and wasted my time and money.

AC Ambulance has been very good to us. They are quick to respond and their technicians are friendly and professional. We bought an AC system from them ten years ago and it has worked perfectly, until the blower motor failed. We called their after hours line and they came out first thing the following morning. Dylan and the guys working with him were great. They found the problem, went out to get a new motor, and had the system up and running in under two hours. The best part, it was all covered by warranty. Highly recommended!

My ac system had quit working . I called AC Ambulance , they sent a tech out same day and problem was quickly and professionally solved . I would highly recommend AC AMBULANCE for all your a/c and heating needs !!!!

First off, my thanks to AC Ambulance in Kenner for responding so quickly to my concerns.

Originally, I felt my calls to AC Ambulance were not being responded to in a timely manner: a two week lull between me having to call once, then having to call back.

In my experience, it is rare in this day and age for a company to admit fault and to do something to correct it.

AC Ambulance did exactly that.

The company manager himself called me that day to apologize and to set everything straight. In fact, the owner and his son personally came out to fix the issues I had mentioned in the original post.

Our AC is back up and running along with another issue that was resolved.

However, those are not the most important facts to glean from this experience. What is most important to me is that a company resolves an error completely and follows through with what it says it's going to do.

My compliments to AC Ambulance, its workers, and its manager and owner. Though our AC is back up and running, it is nice to know that I can rely on someone to get the job done.

This issue is now completely resolved.
