Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and honest. The team at A/C Ambulance has been caring for our two A/C and heating systems for over two decades and frankly, we wouldn't let anyone else in our home unless they all retired. We have upgraded as needed because of changes in freon availability and never had to call them back due to something which was missed. We participate in their maintenance program which is offered every six months. Solid respectable krewe.

We made history as the first residential property in the French Quarter to install VCC-approved solar panels, and AC Ambulance complemented this milestone with a flawless HVAC installation. Their crew removed extensive old ductwork and two oversized air handlers, replacing them with a clean, efficient, and cost-effective mini-split system. Everything was done to meet historic preservation and city code standards. Highly recommended.

I first meet Sidney "Rockin Sidney" Lee at the '97 NOLA Home Show in the Superdome. He personally came out to my new home construction project the very next week. Rec'vd next day written estimate on a high end YORK system n at that time offered a 10 yr parts n labor warranty. Accepted his estimate n we've been satisfied customers (friends) for some 28 yrs. A few years ago we installed a new Daikin Inverter Var Speed Sys. Runs quit, maintains cool/heat, no issues to date. His son Tripp was involved with Daikin install and helped us with internet interface. We like the idea of having the same service tech support over all these years and on working with Tripp in the future. A/C Ambulance "still rocks" today. We have been with AC Ambulance for over 15 years. We have watched technicians retire and have had nothing less than impeccable service. From booking service to repair. We have never been disappointed. INCREDIBLE company. Now I see why employees stay so long.

Service was well done. Like the price for the yearly maintenance. Replaced the capacitor which was not yet dead but was not performing at the correct level. Prevention is the best medicine when summer heat is coming fast!
