I have used Southland for many years and they never fail to deliver. The installers were Jeff and Albert, with Brandon helping - a lot! They are professional and worked very well together, often with a sense of humor, which I appreciated. Thank you all for a great job!

When our 25 year old AC system failed a few weeks ago, we knew we'd need help fast. Southland was out the next day to take a look and make its recommendations of what would work best for our home. Our friendly install team Troy and Jeff were great from the start. They were extremely hard workers and worked relentlessly to get the job done. Before they left they made sure we understood how the system worked and mentioned many times along the way that our satisfaction was most important to them. It was refreshing to see this type of dedication to getting the job done right and keeping the customer happy. Customers are truly valued at Southland and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new system. Southland air conditioning made the process easy to replace my air condition unit the workers was helpful and always answered the questions that I had. Jeff and Troy install my new system in one day. They did it in a professional manner always taking care to keep their work area clean. And after they completed the job took the time explain to me about my system it was a good experience I would recommend Southland AC.

After using a few different AC companies over the past 4 years I've found that Southland is really the best. Every AC/Heater will eventually need service. Southland has become my 1st call "go-to" for my AC/Heating stuff. The tech who came out recently, Chris, was exceptional. He communicated well, was on time, knew his stuff and took care of business. There was no "hard sell" or attempt to up-sell for unnecessary parts or services. Just honest information about what is going on with my system. A very pleasant and professional experience.

Our sales representative Mr. Cliff responded quickly to our call and took time to explain our options to replace our old heat pump system. The installation crew Derrick Nowlin and Christopher McCoy were great!!! They were prompt, courteous, and worked very hard for two days. I would highly recommend Southland!

Michael and Lunchbox were very professional. Two day replacement job was done in one day! AC blowing extremely well! These guys worked overtime to meet my family needs in this extreme weather. Mr. Cliff was very honest and fair when assessing my older AC unit prior to recommending a new unit. Even the ladies in the office were pleasant and helpful.

I called over there to get someone to come to my mother's house for AC drainage issue the lady answering the phone kept putting me on hold coming back asking me who I was and what I needed. I told her I already told her who I was and what I needed . She tried to tell me thre two ladies answering the phone. Which is funny because the ladiy that answer the phone every time I call had the same voice the same tone and the same pitch she apparently was to busy to take down adequate information after several calls... I canceled the service call. If they cannot handle an initial consultation phone call professionally I hate too see what type of work they do . The lady could care less that I cancelled... Stay away from the this group

My rating of Southland is 5-Star - excellent. I had an issue with my main 4-ton unit. It was an odd problem which took some time to diagnose. The problem got solved. The technicians as well as the Owner were personally involved - which I greatly appreciated. Their experience got us to the solution. I recommend Southland because of their diligence, honesty and reasonableness. They are excellent professionals... and we are cool - :)

Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend Southland. I want to give specific accolades to Jordon. He is always in good spirits and make you feel glad he's there to fix any issues. He communicates extremely well. I wasn't able to be physically at the house, but my tenant was. The tenant had nothing but good things to say about him!! Shout out to Jordan.

Replacing units or parts is always expensive, but we've used Southland for years because they are dependable, responsive, and careful. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. We were especially happy with our installers, Justin and Charles (and the carpenter who removed and replaced a door frame, leaving no trace--not a nick or a scratch). They were thorough and explained what was going on. Very personable guys--we enjoyed chatting with them as they worked.

The quality of the work & professionalism was very high. I recently purchased from Southland A/C a new central a/c & heating system for my condo. They installed the two new indoor & outdoor units within a day and a half.
Jeff & Albert came promptly each day & wasted no time tending to the job. If they ran into any issues during the installation, it was quickly solved & they immediately kept right on working. These guys were cordial & friendly to me, but were serious about finishing what they came to do. And because of that attitude, they completed the full installation on schedule.
Also, while they kept busy, if I had any questions to ask, they did not mind answering. They were detailed & thorough. It was obvious to me these men were very experienced.
Now, I must add that the first night something technical caused the a/c not to work. I called Southland to report the problem & in less than 30 minutes, Jeff and Albert were back again & were able to resolve the minor problem quickly & satisfactorily.
This was my second time I dealt with this company & I can assure any future customers, Southland A/C & Heating Inc. is reputable & honest. All of the people I came in contact with are nice & will treat you with kindness & respect. Service here is outstanding!

Our sales rep Mr. Cliff responded promptly to our service request, assessed our a/c needs and presented us with an excellent and better than affordable solution. His presentation was super friendly and without any pressure to make a sale. His presence did not end with the sale as he continued to check with his installers to insure excellent work until the job was finished. The installers, Justin and Nick did excellent work going the extra mile to insure that my wife and I were completely satisfied. They answered all of our questions and made sure that we had a good working knowledge of the improvements they made to our system. Southland Air has installed 2 new HVAC systems in our home in November of last year, and we cannot emphasize how happy we are with the pre- and post-installation services. I am truly glad we made the decision with Southland. They were prompt and professional, very respectful of our property, and going above and beyond in some areas when it was not a part of the work scope.

When we bought our home 8 years ago, we contracted with Southland Air for their annual maintenance contract on two units that were 30-years-old. Throughout the years, they serviced the units and kept it running for us, making repairs where necessary but never anything exorbitant. They were never pushy about trying to "sell" us a system because how aged ours were or be a doomsayer. They worked with us, know we were not in the market yet, and did their best to keep our units working.

We finally decided to replace the systems and shopped around (just to do our due diligence). Southland never pressured us. Instead, they had the most competitive prices and match some of the warranty from others. Post-installation, they came out to check to make sure units were operating as it should. Also, we had a gas leak at the main line entering home (likely from street construction that was being done), which caused pressure loss to the furnace and shut it off. Called Southland and they immediately came out to assess, complimentarily too!

We are very satisfied with our new HVAC systems and the continuous high quality services Southland deliver to their customers. Thank you!

I've been a customer of Southland for decades, and they never disappoint. Recently, they replaced my HAC system. Installers Michael and Anthony were beyond great. It was a difficult job that involved wrestling the old system down from an attic, using a small access and a ladder. They managed it expertly and cheerfully, and answered all my questions about the new equipment. Southland's technicians have always been efficient and easy to work with. I'm a totally satisfied Southland customer.

I just would like U to know that the 2 technicians that came to my house, Michael & Anthony are definitely an asset to your company. They both work together very well n they definitely know their trait. They are extremely competent in their profession. Also, they were very nice n considerate towards me. Called Southland because one of my units wasn’t cooling properly and they came out the same day to do diagnostics. Two days later they had the part in hand and came to install. System works great now. Melanie in the office is awesome and easy to deal with and both techs Jordan and Chris did a fantastic job. Very nice guys and polite. Both work very hard.

SOUTHLAND was fantastic when servicing my home. Not only was the installation fast and thorough, but they were always willing to immediately com and fix and service our units according to our warranty, and they were also very accommodating when completing services outside of warranty. Outstanding service! Strongly recommended.

Their technician Chris is super thorough and does an amazing job in making sure the customer has the important knowledge about their unit. He is a huge asset to this company. Home Depot referred this company me when I ask to get me installation company for 4ton MrCool system. Repair man don't work on Home Depot equipment because of conflicts...

Used Southland to replace my 18 year old system based on a family recommendation. They have been wonderful and extremely accommodating for what turned out be a more difficult job. Both the technicians and owner were wonderful in finding creative ways to make sure it all worked out. Melanie in the office also was wonderful in answering all of my questions and making sure everything was ready to go. A great experience working with everyone! Thanks Southland!
