Zuppardo's Renovations is an excellent company if you need siding done on your home. John explained everything to us and was very professional. Prices are very competitive and I would highly recommend them.

Zappardo’s Renovations did an amazing job on my fence! I couldn’t be happier with the finished work and how smooth of a process it was. John was awesome! Super professional, quick responses, and makes you feel like he genuinely cares about you as a customer and his work. It can be hard as a female to not get taken advantage of or given the runaround when it comes to dealing with companies for home improvements but John went above and beyond to ease those concerns. Best experience hands down! I literally spoke to him on a Wednesday to finalize the agreement and he called me back on the same day to say they were coming to do the fence the very next day! It was completed in a matter of hours (including demo and disposal of old fence) I can’t recommend them enough and I’m already looking forward to my next projects with them!

I had a new roof installed by Zuppardo's Renovations. I chose them because Mitch's presentation was the best, and their price was competitive with the others. The workers were polite and skillful. Owners John and Ross were attentive with followup.

We had a few roof leaks from some storms. Ross was very professional and did a thorough assessment of our problem. Our quote came through promptly and once we accepted, they were able to schedule us right away. The guys did a great job, taking care of our property and cleaning up everything well. Zuppardo's did an amazing job replacing our dilapidated fence. The whole process was quick and efficient, with John coming to give a quote a day or so after calling. His pricing is fair for the quality of the work and he's very transparent and gave a nice discount for booking with him quickly. He communicated with us well throughout the whole process and we had a new fence by the next week. Would absolutely recommend and will use him again for future projects!

Outstanding company with owners who care about getting details right and who appreciate historic New Orleans houses. Hired them for a major renovation, including full siding replacement, repair of old termite damage and wood rot in the walls of a 120-year old double shotgun, and a repainting of the entire house. They have a fantastic eye for choosing a color scheme that stands out while also fitting into the neighborhood (Carrollton). The owners are onsite everyday and the work crews are meticulous. Absolutely thrilled with the renovations and repair work.

I met with several companies for estimates on a fortified roof. Zuppardos was miles above the rest. From the first meeting I was informed of how the fortified system works, and they gave me the warranty free of charge ,when everyone else wanted 100's of dollars. They also removed my solar panels at no cost to me. My roof looks amazing and it was my pleasure to have such an amazing company handle my roofing needs.

Zuppardos showed up on schedule, kept yard and bushes clear of debris-even though two days were windy. There was supervision (Danny) virtually all of the time and only had one small, justified modification, which still left me with a good price. Materials were premium and well installed with roof having a lot of complex intersections on back of house. There was a pretty severe thunderstorm a couple of weeks later and NO leaks. Very satisfied customer!

New roof installed 10/21/2024. I would definitely recommend Zuppardo’s Renovations for roofing services. Ross responded to my request immediately. Upon arrival, he performed an assessment, gave me options and provided quotes after the visit. Ross is very knowledgeable about roofing which allowed me to make an informed decision. Danny, his right hand man was also great and both supervised the work of installing my roof. They were clean and protected my landscape. Upon completion everything was picked up and cleaned and you would have never known they had replaced a roof that day, save for brand new roof. Ross was trustworthy and transparent. I am very pleased with the work of Zuppardo’s Renovations and highly recommend their services!

Engaged Zuppardo's Renovations to help me with my LA Department of Insurance Fortified Roof Grant. From the start John Zuppardo met me at my home and thoroughly reviewed with me the criteria necessary to remove my old roof, prepare the roof deck, install a waterproof barrier and then the new shingles. All of this work is also monitored by an independent evaluator certified by the LA Department of Insurance. Work was completed in one day after getting approval and my cost was minimal since the majority of the price was covered by the Fortified Roof Grant. Also had them replace my gutters and the cost was very fair. Their cleanup from start to finish was perfect. Would recommend them for anyone needing roofing or gutters and their work ethic should translate to other contracting needs.

This company was efficient with time and installed our fence quickly while also providing a strong structure. They built an awesome gate for our horizontal fence that opens and closed easily. Zuppardo's was fantastic! By far the best experience with a contractor I've had in New Orleans in my 13 years here, owning two different properties. The communication was fast, professional, and streamlined, with clear protocols and documentation for contracts, cost estimates, invoicing, etc. The construction experience was A+. We hired Zuppardo's to replace a few rotted boards on our back deck and reseal and repaint the deck. Other companies had told us this process could take 2 weeks - 1 month. This took them two days! They moved all our deck furniture neatly and professionally to the side, taking far more care with everything than I've experienced with other contractors. They finished the job by returning to move the furniture back to where it had been originally. We will definitely be working with them again! The cost was slightly higher than estimates we received from other contractor, but the quality of service was well worth the extra money.
