Won the fortified grant for a roof. Interviewed 3 different companies for a new roof. While Zuppardos renovations wasn’t the cheapest I felt the most comfortable in my gut. The owner was very good explaining the products he was offering and made me feel very comfortable. Sometimes it’s not about money but you always follow your gut… boy was I right everything went very smooth and exactly how he explained it would happen..

Ross and his crew did a great job with our fortified roof. Ross was easily accessible and came out to the house multiple times to make sure that we were fully informed of the process and knew exactly what we were getting. Danny, the project manager, was also on site during the replacement process to meet with the fortified evaluator and he checked in with me multiple times to give me a status update. They knocked it out promptly and for a reasonable price and they made sure everything was cleaned when they left. Ross came out the day after completion to make sure the work was satisfactory and the job site was clean. I went with them as they seemed like honest guys who would stand by their work and cared about their reputation.

I reached out to zuppardos with the hopes that they would be able to help me. I came into a property that looked like it would never come back alive. I explained to zuppardos my situation and that the house needed a lot of work. I wasn’t sure if it was even salvageable.
The next day the supervisor came out to look at the property. The house needed a complete renovation.
Zuppardos and I came to an agreement and they started the following day with repairing the roof and replacing the shingles. I went to check on the progress that evening and they were completely finished with the roof. I was impressed. They moved on to the inside. The inside need sheet rock work, all walls needed to be repainted as well as the cabinets and all the flooring needed to be pulled up and lay down new flooring.

However, they were nice enough to call me back and give me a recommendation for a company that offers the services I need. Just goes to show the level of service they must provide in their personal business!

John Zuppardo's construction group were excellent. My side porch was rotten significantly due to flat roof leaking. They removed all rotten wood, reconstructed frame, placed an excellent roof on structure at correct pitch, replaced vinyl (better than original vinyl company), & placed gutters correctly for water drainage. His paint crew finished the job cosmetically. Beautiful job. John has integrity & honesty- someone you can trust to do your renovation/ repairs correctly.

We used Zuppardo's for our exterior contractors through the fortified roof program, and also installation of vinyl siding.
Ross was very efficient explaining all the details of the fortified roof and the roof was removed and replaced in a day and a half.
when they started on the vinyl siding, they discovered there was significant damage to the frame of the house due to a window that was installed wrong previously. it was quicky communicated to us through Danny the damaged wood was replaced and the window reframed within two days. we are very happy with the work they have done.

Zuppardo"s Renovations Roofing Contractors did an excellent job of gutter installation and wood repairs. I highly recommend considering this company for gutter or Roofing jobs.

I really can't say enough good things about my new roof Installed by Zuppardo's Renovations. Danny and Ross are 2 "hands on" project managers who were always there supervising the work. They went out of their way to make sure it was done right...the first time. And you tell the crew was experienced and efficient at doing the roof replacement correctly. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give them a 12. You won't be disappointed going with this roofing contractor for the New Orleans area.

Exceptional work, I received a high quality cedar fence, with great craftsmanship . The workers were very professional, timely, and detail-oriented . The crew paid very close attention to every detail. This project exceeded my expectation. I will use this company again for my next project and refer to others.
