Very pleased with the gutters that we're installed last week. Crew was very polite. EXCELLENT communication with office!

Brehm's was very personable and reasonable. The gutters we ordered were up in less than two hours and look/work great. There was a leak in one corner but they returned and fixed it promtly.

We hired Brehms to do our gutters on a new build in Metairie. Bobby arrived at 10am as scheduled on 11/1 to do the estimate. Very knowledgeable and helpful on downspout placement. He scheduled my work for 11/10 and as promised Brehms showed up to do the gutter install. Great work, great crew, family business and would recommend Brehms to anyone interested in gutters or repairs.

First off, I have nothing but amazing things to say about Brehm's. I was blown away by the job they did completing the gutters on my new home. Bobby and his team were very transparent from the beginning and delivered everything as promised. The crew members were very professional, clean and detailed. Honestly, there's nothing more I could of asked for. Definitely give Brehm's a call if you want the best gutter specialists in town!

Brehm's did an all-around awesome job on my new gutters! Rochelle was very responsive, always getting back to me within a few hours or less. They worked with my schedule to schedule a day and time. Bobby and his crew were very professional and they did top-quality work! Working on 40ft ladders in 90 degree heat didn't seem to bother them. I was very impressed! And they were relatively quick. The gutters look great, I can't wait for it to rain!

Bobby, the owner’s brother, will come out to do the estimate, but you will never see or hear from this person again. Who they send out are incompetent and unprofessional individuals that argue, smoke, and damage your property.

I reached out several times and finally had the owner and another one of his workers come out to perform any necessary fixes. The owner and his coworker made a scene arguing with each other throughout their time on my property, it was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness and deal with.

At this point, there was little rain, so I only saw a few of the issues with the installation. The workmanship was so bad, the gutter end cap leaks because it was installed wrong, but of course, now that I paid them in full, they will not answer my calls.

I regret not using JL Remodeling again for my gutter services.

Now I have to pay someone else for expertise in fixing what these people installed.

I just want to add, beware of the positive reviews. Just after my review, one popped up from an unknown user, possibly fake review from the company to counter my review.

I called to set up an estimate but I was told that they don’t do repairs on gutters only full replacement. I needed full replacement. So I was told that they were a family business and was told that I should call someone else to replace my gutters. They misunderstood what I was asking so I was denied an estimate. I would never refer these people for being insensitive.

Look, I don't know what these other doctor's problems were with this company, but I am fully satisfied. And I'm a doctor. They were very reasonably priced, and offered good selection of materials. We got the blue color and slit type gutter guards, looks great, and the guards are attached to my roof and the gutter! Will recommend in the future.

Zuppardo’s made my dream house come to reality. Every worker, starting from sales, project manager, the roofing and gutter team, painters were professional, always on time, neat and extremely knowledgeable in their craft. Had a wonderful experience with Zuppardo’s Renovations. Gave me a fair quote, and got the job done fast with attention to detail! The siding they replaced and the window frames that were repaired put a smile on my face everyday when I come home from work. I’m already planning my next home projects down the line with them. Sam, Ross, Darwin, and everyone else at Zuppardos were incredible. The work they did (building a perimeter fence on our property) was excellent, and they were incredibly responsive and communicative about everything. Honestly the best experience I’ve had working with a contractor in New Orleans. We’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to our people.

My fence started to sag because it wasn’t installed correctly. Thankfully we heard about Zuppardo’s. They came out and fixed my fence. It took them all day and they got it back up straight as an arrow. The workers were professional and very polite. I will definitely use them in the future.

Zuppardo’s assisted us in renovating about 1,500 sf of flooring. John and his team completed a demo of existing carpet and tile and installed vinyl plank flooring. They were courteous and professional and got the job done quickly. When the job was completed there were a few minor details I asked them to see to and they quickly addressed my concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys for your next home improvement job.

We are very pleased and quite satisfied with the renovation completed on our deck. Zuppardo's really did an excellent job and it was finished within an impressive short period of time. Zuppardo's Renovations helped me repair my home after an abandoned home caught fire and damaged my home in the process. Zuppardo's Renovations was quick not only to respond to any of my concerns but also worked with my insurance adjuster to get a fair and accurate settlement. The professionalism, diligence and quick turnaround is utterly amazing to me. My entire job was completed in under 10 days. The work included roof, fence, tankless water heater, windows, and siding replacement. Zuppardo's Renovations restored my property back to its previous condition, if not better than before. They also stand behind their work and have checked in to review their work after the job was completed. I don't know many contractors who would do half as much or care. I will be using Zuppardo's Renovations for all my home general contracting needs in the future.

John with Zuppardo’s renovations did a very thorough job explaining to me the process and products used to install my new fortified roof. Zuppardo had great communication with me during the whole process, and his crew did a great job installing and cleaning up the perimeter of the house.

My experience with Zuppardo’s Renovations was great! Everyone with whom I worked was professional, respectful and courteous. They did an excellent job from a well-explained estimate to painting the house within a reasonable timeframe. They were very helpful with getting paint and coordinating colors. All of the work done was of a high quality. All expectations were met as discussed prior to the start of work. Maintaining an old home in New Orleans is hard, and I've used my share of contractors. John and Ross at Zuppardo's Renovations were hands down the best team I've worked with! High quality work for a reasonable price, showed up on time and completed the job on a tight schedule, cleaned up my yard afterwards so there was no scattered construction debris, and stood behind their work to correct minor "punch list" items post-construction before asking for final payment. 100% recommend this team, and I'll be using them again for any future repairs!!
